Nice walk through the woods to a good waterfall.

We got there around 12 and there were only 2 other cars! We also thought it was pretty cloudy and cold on the way up but it was clear, sunny and 40 degrees on Veterans Day. Our Bernese mountain dog loved it and it was probably the most beautiful hike I’ve been on yet. Worth the drive!

Nice, short trail with great views of Mt. Hood and the surrounding areas. Go on a clear day!

Challenging but worth it! Make sure to follow Timberline #600A to the left at Cloud Cap Campground after parking, unless you want to add miles to the hike in the opposite direction just for funsies :) We were rewarded at the summit with some of the most incredible views for almost 360 degrees (on a clear day), though that was the case for majority of the hike once on Cooper Spur. We followed Tilly Jane on the way back, which will have you pass by the Tilly Jane A-Frame. Timberline 600A back to Cloud Cap CG is just after the A-Frame.

Did this 08/17/16. Camped at Tilly Jane CG. Day hiked counter-clockwise from there to Cloud Cap then to Cooper Spur returning down Tilly Jane to the car. This is a great trail to kickass views if it’s clear. Pack it out.
