hiking

Followed Google maps all the way to the end of the road. I was driving on “the trail” (dirt road, many deep potholes) until the dirt road ended. Parked, hiked in about a mile to the waterfall. It is breathtaking! I was with a 4 year old that had no problems scrambling down the trail. There’s a rope to hang on to. Saw a few patches of wild irises...go early during the week & you have this place to yourself. It was worth the 1 hour 20 minute drive from Troutdale. Stop at Scott’s Mills on the way back for another beautiful waterfall
