Out and back trail.

Very nice trail.

Very nice trail.

Very nice trail but we did Not cross the bridge on the highway because it's Very dangerous. There's No walkway or room for pedestrians.
I would recommend driving across and parking on other side.

Terrible for trail running. Seems like it was just built by mountain bikers for mountain bikers.

walked this in January, no bugs! besides the short walk across the bridge being pretty dangerous as there is no bicycle lane, especially with a dog, the trail was great! well marked, we had a blast

Did a trail run here. It was an easy short trail. Did the green loop, blue loop, then green again (starting and ending on white of course) for a combined 3 mile run. Easiest MTB trail I've ran so far around the OKC metro area.

I loved it

I really enjoyed my time here. it was my first solo venture, and I felt it couldn't have been a better experience. most of the trail was easily mapped and accessible, and I would rate this trail as a moderate didficulty because it was not very challenging as far as elevation. I will definitely be back.

Did this one this morning with my dog .Great terrains and changing views !!Awesome hike!!

Great day hike! I look forward to getting back and doing the full trail.

Started off the new year proper with a family hike!! This was also the first hike of our #52hikechallenge for 2019 and we can’t wait for the adventures ahead. New Year’s Day was a cold one and we only got about a mile of hiking in, but we brought hot chocolate and dressed in layers so we had a blast! We will definitely be back to explore the rest of the trails and look for rose rocks. (Lake Thunderbird is a great place to find them)

Awesome trail

I love coming out to the lake. Lots of wildlife, clean, and awesome! Make sure to use bug spray. Lots of ticks lately.

Decent for a walk during the day. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

Lots of trails, good scenery. If you go off the paved trail you can find a hidden creek and mini waterfall. One of my favorite parks in Edmond!

Great , peaceful trail. well loved.

Hiked 7.5 miles 12/30/18 started the green loop then went on to the yellow and red loops. They are not marked well so go in with a trail map and gps. Otherwise great hike and view of the lake at the tip of the red trail. The trails are not maintained by the park itself but rather the Bicycle League of Norman which is where you can acquire the most recent map of the trails.

Good hike. Was well marked and great views at the top. No way you’re getting lost out here. Different terrain to keep you interested. Water for the dogs in a few spots. Looks like the park has more to explore than just the trail too. Will be back, good ruck.

on Clear Bay Trail

Not many people here until afternoon. Stayed on blue and red trails. Well maintained and clear. Nice trail close to the lake. We saw ~9 deer, 2 armadillo and a dead opossum. Of course the trails are many and not marked well. Bring your GPS for a stress free enjoyable day of exploring.

Solid trail close to the south side of OKC

Unless you are riding with a local don’t even waste your time going to this place. It’s a total clusterf...k of unmarked trails that crisscross over each other for no apparent reason. The trails in and if themselves are okay, but there are better places to ride trust me.

Trail has potential if it was better maintained and you kept the horses off it. Too much open pasture riding and zero maintenance in the woods section. Also has lots of mud sections that the horses turn into a quagmire, and then when it dries out it’s rough as hell with a thousand hoof tracks.

Overall I liked all the woods sections and even some of the open parts, it just needs maintenance. And the next time someone bitches about mtb’s causing erosion, they should go to this trail and see what the horses have done. Ruts up to a foot and 1/2 deep are everywhere on this trail.

Apart from the trail not having many markings, for the most part it is easy to follow. There were some deer near the trailhead and lots of birds. A few mountain bikers and a jogger, but most of the time I had the trail to myself. I will definitely come back!

Mostly a good trail with lowland and highland. However, there are a few spots that aren't well maintained and particularly hard to navigate after wet weather. I've also found a lot of distinctive plants and wildlife to photograph compared to what I find on most trails, probably because of the diversity in the hollow and the contrasting habitat above.

The service road is closed to motorized vehicles. The trails through the forest are varied with tons of great stops for the kids. My 4 and 6 year old were so entranced with the climbing trees and "houses" under fallen trees and the make-shift cabin someone had made out of a ton of fallen timber, we only made it about 0.5 miles of the trail in 3 hours! I would not go in the hotter months to avoid the ticks, but today, mid-December, we saw exactly one ant and no other crawlies.

Great trail. Didn’t see a single person. Saw quite a few deer. Lots of water along the route. Could have been marked a little better but overall we really enjoyed it.

Hiked this trail for the first time on a 31 degree day. Other than a lot of cold breezes, the trail was fantastic. Very well marked and maintained. Just enough up and down to keep it interesting. Saw 5 big male turkeys.
