Great Hike, but the trails all wide together at points making it a little confusing. The path we went was great though, and beautiful the entire way. Would hike this area again!

Great place to explore. Multiple in’s and out’s between the rocks and caves. A couple waterfalls as well. Tree and moss growth on the rock walls is beautiful. Easy trails to walk around with a few scrambles depending on where you go.

campsite 10 is great. these three campsites are by far the best primitive sites in Mohican. hard to find but worth it.

Didn’t get to record the whole trip. Went and the section by the bridge is closed entirely but we didn’t know that and just decided to walk down the middle of the bridge where they were doing construction. Some areas need trimmed back as the trails are getting closed in but overall pretty nice.

Very nice! There is a little short offshoot at the halfway point that takes you to the tip of the lake which is beautiful! A little muddy but still fine.

A beautiful trail, pretty easy in general, only “difficulty” is some trees on the way but the way back is really chill. Totally recommended

Only saw two people the whole time. Not very muddy. Lots of branching pathways so keep an eye on the map.

We took this hike while camping at Mt. Gilead State Park. Nice trail with just a few muddy sections after a hard rain yesterday.

Highly underrated trail and one of the must sees on Kelley’s Island. I uploaded the ODNR hiking map for reference. Just as a forewarning though, the trail marker denoted L DOES NOT have an entrance or exit to Division Street. It is a down and back trail. This trail has longer and shorter parking areas. The water area is shallow and appears to have good bass fishing. There are mountain bike trails around the main quarry which is called Horseshoe Lake/East Quarry. The hiking around the quarry requires a good hiking shoe or trail running shoe with rock guard as it is exclusively broken limestone and fairly sharp....mind you I did it in regular running shoes, but I wouldn’t recommend doing that. The southern trails are mowed grass that is well maintained with numerous deer. The views are beautiful around the quarry which is the real highlight with crystal clear water and sandstone. Basswood trees growing at the walkable bottom is neat to see. It also had a picturesque sunset.

Went out with my dog today and enjoyed the trail rain and all! Just a few muddy areas and a couple spots where trees have fallen onto the trail but easy to walk around. Really enjoyed the trails down to the water throughout for Andy boy to cool off. Trail was more difficult to follow when coming to intersecting trails do to unclear trail markings.

I gave 5 stars because this trail owned me 0.8 miles in. It's wayyy too hot to hike it all today. I made it to the top of the hill that starts the trail and felt my body cry for help and so I turned around. Will return in the fall.

This trail was terribly marked. There’s not much of a trail anyways. I actually chose to turn back after about 15 mins for fear of aimlessly wondering through the woods past night fall. Was still a pretty day but overall pretty disappointed with this one.
