This trail was pretty easy. Well marked in most places, but it got a little confusing when I came out in the campground. This time of year, there were some parts that were a little tricky to navigate—lots of mud, streams crossing the path, etc. but overall a nice little jaunt through the woods!

Pretty diverse terrain and wildlife, the trails are in good shape, and some of the ridge top views are awesome!

No dogs...the views are nice but each lap is only 1.5 miles. Think I like edge water better.

The reservoir rim path is around 1 1/2 miles, with the outer walkway offering around 2 miles. There is parking on the north side, off Precision way, which also services the Disc golf course. There is a parking lot to the south off Kibble road, which also serves the boat ramp to put fishing boats on the water.

Well maintained and fantastic hiking with plenty of variety in terrain. Will definitely do again.

Decent overall, but trail could use some maintenance. Also, I went today (March 12, 2018) and two significant portions of the trail were completely underwater.
Two stretches are along roads, one of which is quite busy.
Some nice secluded stretches and a pleasant stroll through Pioneer Village.

Very nice trails, my dogs enjoyed the Orange Trail.

As a extremely beginner hiker who is not in shape but trying my best , I made it half way then headed back with that being said it's a beautiful place to walk.

Hocking Hills is amazing, so beautiful.

Really nice trail. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to do all of it due to all the flooding. I would recommend waiting if it’s been raining a lot during the week or checking the water level before you go. Because, a lot of the trail is right next to the lake.

Beautiful trail, especially in the winter! It was definitely muddy and short, but worth doing.

A nice mid morning hike. Not too long and has some hills. I did not see anyone else on the trail.

Love the scenery!

Be Gentle to Mother Nature

Currently it’s a series of dead ends. The hwy noise and views of asphalt make it feel like work.

Sharon Woods is one of my favorite metro parks, partly because it is rarely as trafficked and busy despite being right off the highway. The park and trails are clean and well maintainted. Not sure why AllTrails only lists one trail here - there are actually several.

Walked the red and yellow trails north of the lake (not the trail as shown here). Snow still on the ground and in some instances ours were first tracks in snow not counting the dozens of trails made by creatures. Deer, rabbit, raccoon, coyote and a couple that were definitely none of the above. The trails were well marked which made navigating through the snow easy. We enjoyed it and look forward to returning in the Spring or Summer months.

Very Nice Trail
Enjoyed Horseshoe Waterfall
Winter Hike cures Cabin Fever ;-)

not a big fan of the expense to go out here

Very scenic winter hike on the Erie Trail, lots of inclines and declines make for a more than "easy" rating.

Truly one of my go-to trails. Peaceful and beautiful scenery. Everyone we have ever passed or run into on the trail have been nice and polite. Tranquil.

I did a winter overnight here on 1/31 and it was fantastic. A beautiful and peaceful park. I have done the Lakeshore several times but I was still impressed with the backpack trail. It looked as if it had been blazed and cleared recently, I had no issues following the trail. Water wasn't an issue, there are many streams along the way. Overall a great experience.

Cute trail in the winter, definitely will have to come back in the warm weather. Loved the boardwalks.

A nice and easy trail with a couple thick patches of pines that reach to the sky. Horseshoe Pond is just past the parking lot on the beginning of the loop and it’s pretty large. Passed a couple cross country skiers, saw some birds and deer. Middle of trail cuts along the Christmas Tree farm and in the end of the trail it runs along the road. Easy to follow and just under 3 miles!

A few spots do get muddy. Be wary of ticks and use insect repellant. A great day hike.

We had a great walk here very nice . Will definitely be back .

It muddy n not marked very well
