A nice paved trail to walk or ride a bike.

Decent trail, but was very crowded. Mostly dirt and grass trails with a lil boardwalk mixed in. Recommend doing the Orange Trail which is 3.4 miles and covers most of this trail.

This is a trail my boyfriend and I do often. We love it. I wouldn’t call it an easy trail. It’s more moderate+, but I guess that can depend on the direction you take at the first split. We always go right. The level of difficulty can also depend when you go. We’ve gone in just about every condition possible. Dry, rain, snow, mud, flood, bugs. Be weary of going after it’s rained several days. The part along the river will flood. If it’s only light rain or been a day or two I wouldn’t worry about flooding but it will be muddy. I attract bugs and I’ve only had a mosquito problem once or twice on this trail. That’s great for me considering the amount of times I’ve gone and encounters I’ve had on other trails. We’ve seen deer, toads, small snakes.

Great trail. Beautiful scenery. There were quite a few muddy spots, but it wasn’t too bad. It is Spring in Ohio after all.

Trail is a boarded planks.....Gets slippery at places where there is water be careful. Bring your sunscreen, bug spray and if your dog isn’t tick/flea treated leave them at home. There are benches throughout area to sit an enjoy wildlife

Great hike with lots of extension miles available. My preteen and teenager enjoy. Our dog loved the small and clean streams

I run 6 miles 5 days a week. I really enjoy the scenery and the change of pace from my previous loop that I was running. It is quiet (except when they're mowing the grass). Plus there's hno one on the trail when I go running. I usually wear earbuds so even the mowers don't distract me. The only issue I have and it's nothing that can be done to resolve it, is all the geese. If I had to complain about anything that would be it. Other than that, the trail is great and the scenery is nice.

Not good just a plain bike trail next to the river, not scenic at all and we heard gunshots the whole time bc it’s next to the armory

Pretty nice just muddy in spots. Challenging beginning, easier middle, challenging end. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing walk. Came out for the first time with my 2-year-old and just stuck to the Yellow Loop on the app - but will definitely be back out for all the other trails! A great combo of wooded trails, prairie and a great boardwalk on Cedar Lake. Trail also takes you to the North Pond where you can see turtles sunbathing on logs. Trails are well marked, with markers not only telling which trails you’re on (or can turn on) but there are also trail maps placed regularly along the paths which are helpful in general, but I always like having the best idea of where I am and what’s ahead when I have the little one with me.

Great trail with a few fun stream crossings. The trail was not muddy today but I could see it being muddy with a lot of rain. The main parking area is currently closed but the trail is open and other parking lots are available around the trail. I recommend the trail for a fun family afternoon.

Nice trail, with a cool stone tower towards the end. Slight elevation gain.

Lots of different trails. There are pathed and non-pathed so there is something for everyone. I love the turtles and wildlife around.

This is a wonderful short loop for those with kids. My two year old loves the trial, and even her little legs can handle the whole thing! A nice stroll, a little variation and great to get the little ones started without feeling pointless to the adult. And it connects to other trails as well to naturally get your kids (or yourself) into longer hikes.

The trail is under construction by the Nature Nook (4/21/20). Maps on here jump from different trails...Beautiful Park, lots to see and there’s historical stops along the trail

Started off at PawPaw pavilion, ventured to Friendship Park (Houk Stream) and Up to Elizabeth’s garden back to Hill’s & Dale’s trail by dogwood pond up to the monument. Great Evening! Making memories with my son whom is off to college soon. Beautiful neighborhoods & trails
