Great for dog walking

Nice canopy rail trail. Low grade for similar experience in both directions. Plenty of points to park and get on the trail. Nice picnic spot and rest rooms at Kenyon University crossing.

Nice park to walk the dog. During the summer, there are concerts hosted on Thursdays. Very easy path.

Great running trail. Paved and partially shaded. No dogs allowed on this path.

Nice short ride this morning. Path is very well maintained crushed limestone and nicely shaded from Beech to Cenfield. Saw only a handful of walkers and bikers on this beautiful Saturday morning. Trail is extended to State St, passing through a quiet neighborhood on the way.

It's a nice paved trail, kept in good condition. Few spots you join the road. It's pretty well shaded, lots nice views. Plenty resting spots and restrooms

Great paved trail!

Great trail for walks with your dog

It is a terrific trail with great scenery. The most well-marked trail I have ever ridden. The surface was very smooth from Akron all the way to Cleveland.

awesome

This lake is extremely pretty with lots of small wildlife around. The trail is paved making for a great evening walk with the family.

This trail is paved and great for kids. You will pass by a few lakes as well. Good for exercise.

The park has basketball and tennis courts, and soccer and baseball fields, and two kids’ areas. I usually use the outer ring (circa 1.2 miles) for running on concrete. Usually busy but not too much, there is also the choice of a shorter internal ring around a small pond, but I don’t recommend it for running.

This is a very nice park with ball diamonds, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground for the kids. The trail is the standard 6’-8’ wide asphalt walkway around the perimeter of the park. It’s relatively flat. The views are of the above mentioned, roadways on two sides, and the view of back yards on the other two sides. It’s ideal for someone looking for a walk or run on a park path. It’s a really nice park with a great walking/jogging path. No shade or wind protection. I prefer a dirt trail and different scenery but not all do.

The walk was more than I expected. Beautiful scenery.... Turtles, snake, frogs, toad, birds, and even a muskrat cleaning his claws and eating some reeds for breakfast. The boardwalk is dated, so watch where you are walking. Very enjoyable trail!

Well marked, great day and beautiful walk.

This trail is so fun to ride. It’s not so much mountain biking (pretty flat and mostly paved/gravel), but beautiful scenery and fun shops, restaurants, and bars along the way.

nice afternoon ride with the grandkids. Wild flowers are amazing.

clean and well maintained. wNice easy afternoon ride.

Really easy, nice trail for a day with with some nice local overnight spots on the northern end.

Great trail that follows creek so there are lots of bridges. There is a lake with benches around it and some very interesting artwork on the polls of the overpasses.

Super easy. Great for all ages and you can’t beat the views. Right alongside the river. People with stroller, runners and bikers all share the extra wide and winding concrete path.

Fun trail. Just watch out for horse poop.

I love this place. So much to see. Great photo ops. I always see lots of deer. Nice views too.
