took the dogs around the loop, nothing great, nothing bad.

Very nice patch of woods. Easy for a relaxing walk. However, be very aware of bugs. Naturally, it abuts a wetland so the moment you step on the path you’ll be swarmed. I wear full on DEET and it still didn’t deter the little buggers (that being said, my DEET has been stored in the car in all sorts of weather for the past year, so maybe I better get a fresh one!). Otherwise, perfectly lovely.

Easy walking despite a couple trees down and low hanging branches. Bring plenty of bug spray as backhalf of the trail is basically a swamp. Much worse after it rains.

for anyone interested the snake pictured is an Eastern Hognose - non-venomous

Nice trail for a quick walk. It's one of the Blue Karner Butterfly habitats.

Not well marked on the farm side.

high of 25 and little to no breeze with some snow flurries, dog and I had fun on this hike..pretty icy in spots i would recommend some microspikes. lots of animal tracks to see and trails are easy to follow. Took the red trail and the further you go the quieter it gets ! easy hike with some small hills , it's also gorgeous in the summertime...

It was a great hike. Easy and beautiful

Gorgeous! The lupines are gone around this time of year but if you go earlier in the season (May/June?) they absolutely COVER this area and it's amazing. It's like a purple blanket. There are more butterflies here than I've seen anywhere else. Fun trail!

Good walk this AM. The lupines were still mostly in bloom. It was too early in the day to see any Karner's, but there were plenty of birds around.

Trails are just a couple miles outside of town which makes it convenient for an impromptu hike. Took my 6 year old daughter out yesterday late afternoon (late Spring) and the Blue Lupines cover the landscape! Fun little trail! Also keep an eye out for the endangered lady slipper flowers.

One of my favorite short easy hikes when I'm up in the area.

A little buggy so bring spray. But a great short woodland hike for the family. Or a great route for anyone looking for a trail run.

Short, easy nice walk. Little buggy and a big snake!

Well maintained trails. Biggest problem I have are so many people ignoring the leash law. Every time I go with my dog there ends up being a problem with other dogs charging towards him. There are signs at all entrances but people choose to ignore them.

Easy trail with no elevation to speak of. Lots of bugs (gnats of some sort) when we went in early June.

Simply put... its a dog park. Not a lot to see but a great place to walk your dog. Many people with dogs and off leash. Very sunny day with light winds.

A bit icy today in the wooded areas. Microspikes would come in handy. Good loop that maximizes available trail mileage.

Beautiful place to hike. Trails are very well kept and the hike itself is not overly challenging. I will definitely be going back.

The trail was nice and easy. I would defiantly like to go again.
