Rained yesterday. Busy today

Great for beginners mountain biker.

Looks like a nice trail. Very close to the Saxon woods pool so in the middle of summer you hear a lot of noise for the beginning. I went with a stroller which did not work. Way too rocky for stroller but seems pretty nice, will try it out again sans baby.

Good for biking, really unpleasant for walking. No marked trails and a lot of eectical towers

Dog owners don’t keep their dogs on a leash. Dogs run and bark at your while you are there trying to enjoy a run. Besides, the highway is very close and you can feel the pollution from gazoline. Will not go back to this trail.

I'll start by saying I'm from Colorado originally, so I may be a little biased... but other than being able to hear the cars on the Bronx River Parkway, I loved the mild ups and downs and "choose your own adventure" aspect with a few forks in the trail. I didnt even do the full loop but will definitely be back and cannot wait to see the trails in the spring and summer!!

Lots of fun. Very manageable trail.

Cold windy and rainy day. Probably not the best day to hike but necessary training. Fast paced hike for my short legs, 26 minutes a mile. Good hike.

Rocky technical run on doubletrack trails that surprise you with sections of smooth flat trail.

great downhill ride

Great place for nature. Has rivers and nice views. Warning: Has a lot of hills to go up and down.

Absolutely stunning and beautiful trail/s. The markings are not the best, but I found that when in doubt, just follow the MTB trail. The trail is labeled as moderate but I noticed from the Westchester MTB site, some parts are advanced. Be careful runners, there were a few large potholes camouflaged on the more technical portions with plush grass. Also, there were parts of the trail that seemed very tough for a runner (you fare better by walking or biking). This caused me to turn back a few times. Finally, like most trails, expect to climb and climb some more. This park felt really safe. I loved this Park and will visit again...and again!

Hard. Beautiful. AT in great shape, rest of trail segments need some love.

It’s fun following this old railroad line!

mountain biking here also really not good

Its not free!!

I found the recording for the 5.6 mile path left me less than confident. It exposed rooms for improvement in the recording. For example, some directions vectors would improved navigation immensely. Also an option to mark areas that appear vague such as intersections or bad trail segments. The views along the trail are very good; scenic deeps words feeling with so many fallen trees makes it look like woods less traveled. A lot of the path is used by mountain bikers and also makes good sections for running. The 5.6 mike recording is made up of some windy segments that appeals more to bikers and to hikers feel maze like. I might suggest walking one of the recordings made by other colleagues.
