Nice gradual hike lead to a beautiful outlook point. Very manageable and both field and wooded trail.

Short walk. Friendly for kids and pets and even folks on wheelchairs. To actually get under the small waterfall it’s a bit more dangerous for small children to maneuver up the rocks.

Really enjoyed the solitude and the challenge of this trail. It was overgrown and sparsely marked in a few places but my dog and I had a great time and never had trouble staying on the path (a little scratched up now though!). Glad there was a picture of the footbridge, not sure we would have found it otherwise.

Nice hike this summer afternoon. From Markham-Hollow Rd., park about 100 yards up the road from trail head in small side parking area. Wooden bridge was barely visible with the summer growth, but beyond that, trail is open and well marked. The 1st 1/2 mile is challenging, steep with multiple switch-backs, but nice change is forest as you ascend.

My boyfriend had a great time adventuring. No trail that we saw. We kind of just climbed down the falls itself, but it probably wasn't the most safe way. When climbing up took the hillside on the left facing the falls. It was a pretty easy climb. I'd suggest going down that way (to the right of the falls when looking at the road) for a easier, safer route.

Go on a weekday in the spring when the waterfall is flowing to avoid crowds and get a great view.

Beautiful hike. Alvin, Simon, & Theodore hiked with me all the way.

Really nice and super easy scenic walk. perfect for kids, and it's especially nice for them to actually go up behind the waterfall without it being super dangerous.

particularly in the spring when water is rushing is the best tike to go for this hike. however I've gone here multiple times and each time it is great. you can walk right behind the waterfall! pretty flat and accessible for anyone (strollers, wheelchairs) great place to stop if you want a quick walk

We went in Oct. 2014. I am writing this in Dec. 2017. I remember this hike because I never used to hike or walk much back then (for exercise).... and I found this hike a challenge because of that. But, now I have been in the Salt Lake City area for about 5 months, and have done mountain hikes.. and now I look back on this and think wow, I thought that was hard! Firstly the elevation change is barely anything and then the base elevation seems to be about 1310 and out in Salt Lake City, we don't start anything below about 4300! If I get to do this hike again, I wonder if it'd be a piece of cake! But, that being said, it's well worth the hike and it was a beautiful trail and fall. I remember we went on a weekday evening, and it was quite crowded....

Nice spot if you’re local. Definitely would not drive more than an hour to it especially this time of year. Short hike and the falls are little trickles. I went with my two kids and had a picnic behind the falls.

Loved this area, falls aren't very far in and are exquisit. The rest of the blue trail is wonderful. Be mindful you have to backtrack to come back to where you started from.

The other reviews in this thread are correct. 1.3 miles past the gps location there is a little parking area. The trek to get to the bottom of the falls was treacherous, but fun. Once we got to the bottom though there isn’t much to do but go back up. We decided to go up the hill instead of back up through the falls and take the road back to our car. There are very small trails that run through the upper ridges. But honestly, aside from some cool pictures I probably wont be back. It is a hard hike to get to the bottom and is very challenging, but it wasn’t anything spectacular.

Trail was rough as there wasn’t a trail. Waterfalls were pretty and it was definitely a workout!

We picked up this trail on Markham Hollow road, the trail switch-backed up and over Labrador Hill, we traveled through a lot of interesting landscapes and ended up at Tully-Truxton Rd 3.5 miles later. Out and back made this a 7 mile hike. Was fun to do with my dogs. This trail also picks up on the other side of Markham Hollow road, looks like it goes through the Labrador pond area and picks back up again on the other side of 91. I assume it also connects with the Jones Hill look out trail, also trails to Tinker falls.

It was the perfect hike for me and my 2&5 year old boys. We walked to the falls and then up and under the falls and then up to the top of the falls and back down from the outlook trail. Beautiful and not too difficult. My boys loved it.

Not available to the public anymore.

It doesn't exist anymore for public hiking. Apparently a family bought the land and lives there. My friend and showed up and parked, and then 2 dogs started coming toward us, followed by a woman who asked "umm, can I help you?" We asked where the hiking trails started and she said there weren't any available for the public. She explained that the camp was their home now after buying out the property. It was awkward.

Beautiful day for a short walk along a beautiful stream. The falls were at a steady flow, yet we were able to climb up and behind them! great view!

1.3 miles to parking area was spot on. No visible trail to begin. Take the quick drop off in front of parking area and start hiking. Falls are right at the beginning. Go about 100 yards then you can start getting down towards the water. Rest of trail is roughly in the middle of the slope. You'll find it. Great hike!!!
