This is a very nice place to hike, but be aware of the stream crossing. I hiked this last week clockwise and didn't figure out an easy way across the stream, due to the fact of the downed tree (and ended up bushwhacking my way around a back out). There are multiple trails here as well including a second UNMARKED trail to another set of waterfalls, and a woods road to a steep trail down to trail tracks near the Hudson (no access to the river). Be aware that the trail can be very slippery when wet.

There are two trails in the tech park; I picked this one ... wish I hadn't. This trail was a complete frustration to find if you look at the master trail maps on the web. The upper part of the trail is difficult to follow if you can find it at all. I recommend parking at the CMOST Science Center location and just walking over to the trail. Once I found it, it was muddy and just not well kept. I suspect if it were more dry then maybe it would be nice, but at this point in the year it was very muddy. The waterfalls/cascade was very nice, but that was about it. The trail just ENDED in the middle of tons of muddy ferns and swampy land. I was not impressed at all.
