I did the yellow trail and it was well marked, as long as you were paying attention. Nice gentle ups and downs and I tracked the trail at exactly 3.5 miles. Mostly in the woods with a couple nice views at higher points, I did not see the waterfall mentioned in the description though. Appreciated the clean port-o-potty at the trailhead! You can hear highway noise the majority of the hike. I did not see a single other person, which was astounding considering the proximity to NYC on a beautiful Saturday in May.

Did this exact height today. R-D ridgewalk is a favorite. Lots of people and dogs, but certainly not as crowded as Reeves Brook area. Moderate, not difficult

Access road closed in winter.

Good hike. We did white/red middle to Green turn right at Times Square follow green until yellow path again turn right and follow until you see white with red in middle turn left and follow back to start. About 7 miles. This path is nice in all different seasons. Enjoy and be safe.

Great hike. Awesome views. Solid intermediate hike. Great for families and nature lovers. Went on a weekday. Only saw a family and a couple of people. There is a campsite 1.5 miles into the hike. Camped overnight on a prior hike.

Great, hike. I would say moderate over difficult, lots of different terrain but really loved all the rocks. Unfortunately i found the hike too crowded for me, for the weekend, so recommend doing it on the weekdays.

Beautiful! Hiked in from White Bar trail. Heavenly!

Road to trailhead is rough... good work out... rocky in spots... views are nice... you're by the road for a bit which lowered the peaceful factor ... still an enjoyable time in the woods

beautiful. hard but still family friendly. fun rock faces to scramble up

Nice trail. Good for all skill levels.

Absolutely beautiful. Not easy!

great trail. great views. not difficult. some moderately step areas. nothing technical. no scrambling. nothing dangerous. good for the whole family and really any hiker

Use a four wheeler to get to trail head. Road is real bad on a car. Trail was over grown and easy to get lost

Really nice variety of flora, beautiful view of the island pond valley

In some areas the trail is very narrow and heavily lined with poison ivy. First vista includes highways :/ some nice moments though

Nice trail with very nice views

Great hike! Challenging with a lot of variety. You might get a little bit wet.

I didn't see some of the things other people saw I wish I did but the lake was very pretty and the views were beautiful

Great hike. Sweet views along the way, changing elevation, shaded by trees, rock ridges. several clean water sources available (at least in April/may) for us & the dog. Did this as an overnight, but didn't stay near the shelters (too many Boy Scout troops!) easy enough to find other quiet spots. Did as a counter clockwise figure-8 hike: Ramapo>Nurian(white)>white bar > Dunning yellow > ramapo> long path > dunning yellow> Ramapo back to car. About 12 miles in total. Took about 5 hours taking our time to complete 3/4 of the figure eight. Took 20/30 mins to get back to the car the next day.

Kanawauke Rd was closed so we parked down the street a bit at the kanawauke picnic area. We walked about a half mile down the road past the road black and bushwhacked up the unmarked side of black Rock Mountain untill we met up with the trail. These are some of the best vantage points I've ever gotten at Harriman with a very rocky open summit . From the top we continued along to the bald rocks and shelter area which is also very nice . from the Bald rocks we took the yellow trail about half a mile to an unmarked trail that led back to the road we started .

The trail is so peaceful and you are gonna have a very good time. In my opinion it is a moderate trail.
I would recommend you follow the trail signs and not the app's map.

Great hike with beautiful scenery and elevation for challenge. It is very easy to go off track though, so pay attention. This app is golden as it helped us get back on track. Lake Sebago has some good camping spots although I'd suggest arriving as early as possible to grab the good ones. The lake isn't that great but you can get away with taking a dip depending where you are.
