This place is so cute! Trail was easy. Would definitely come back!

When I lived in Rochester, this was one of my favorite places to go walk. Sometimes, I'd walk out to the Abbott's in Bushnell's Basin and back!

Nice little oasis away from suburbia. Plenty of trails with a fish hatchery as well!

a nice pleasant hike. Very nice scenery and quite. I will definitely be back.

Short but nice Trail. Great for bird watching

The hardest part of this hike was figuring out where to park/start walking. Most, if not all, of the trailhead markers in the park were unlabeled when I visited last week.

This trail would be great for a family with young kids. I look for a little bit of difficulty to reach wonderful views, and that wasn't something that existed here. The trail is very well maintained (and too busy for my taste). The only thing I will remember about walking this trail was that in a moment when I was away from anyone else for a brief period, a Doe walked out of the woods and slowly approached me. It was a beautiful experience, but I'm a bit wary of any circumstance where a wild animal approaches people. I spooked her off and went on with my day.

Love the little fairy houses. The nature center was very educational.

Kid friendly. Lots to look at. Stroller
Friendly. My daughter loves the fairy houses!

this is a short trail, but peaceful

very nice park with a small fairy garden along part of the path.

It's great when you aren't being stared at. I just want to enjoy my hike. Let's not make it weird as if brown ppl don't hike

Hard? No. This is a really easy short hike anyone can do. Unless you're talking about the short steep decline from the top rim.

Completely surprised - I drive by this park all the time and just thought it was a jogging trail. The trail through the woods was very well maintained all the way through. if you're looking for a easy short walk look no further!

Nice and clean trail to walk on. Great part was all the shopping and restaurant you can stop by in town area.

Easy, dog friendly hike along Irondequoit Creek. Especially worth a visit in the spring when the daffodil's are in full bloom. Photos of our hike along this trail here: http://mydoglikes.com/powder-mills-park-daffodil-trail/

A great little park between Henrietta and Pittsford. There is always a lot of wildlife to see, and a nature center for educational purposes. The trails feature woods, a pond, a boardwalk, a fitness trail, a playground, and cute fairy houses scattered throughout.

Beautiful leisurely bike ride that collides with wonderful places to eat and drink!

We walk these trails from lock 33 towards Schoen Place and back and it is breathtaking in every season.
Also the kayaking around Fairport Lock 30 is highly recommended.

Beautiful park with a great walking trail. The trail features various fitness tasks you can do, a playground, and walkways through a marsh. Great for kids (one section of the trail has fairy houses the kids can look for). It's also has a little garden where you can read books from the pop up library by the museum that is there as well. A fun and enjoyable experience for my family.

An easy family friendly group of trails. Very scenic even with no leaves on the trees. We will be back for a summer and autumn hike.

I like to bike (or walk, if I'm too lazy to load the bike in the car) the canal any chance I get, and this is one of the best sections of it. This stretch is mostly flat and gravel covered, perfect for walking, jogging, or biking, but probably a little too rough for rollerblades (do people still rollerblade?), though it does tend to be paved around the towns. This stretch is heavily used, especially on weekends, but the trail is wide enough that bikes can pass pedestrians easily and safely.

A million Mosquitos- and we wore bug spray. Trail was not well marked, got off trail on a road to try to limit mosquito exposure. Walked Thornell then into a neighborhood, then cut through school to Park Rd. won't attempt again until winter
