The road in is rough. We gingerly did it in a Honda Odyssey until there was a gate we could not pass. We hiked in on the road. Expect to walk on a primitive road for most of the hike. The view over the dam is great (albeit with lots of mosquitoes). We only went 15 minutes past there because of the baby on our backs. Evidence of moose. Stories about a charging turkey.

This was a level, easy-to-follow trail that was a great introduction to hiking for our 4 year old. There are two campsites at the end of the trail near Hammond Pond. A creek runs along the trail.

Camped here for 3 days and the weather can be very unpredictable. Awesome hike and it’s about 3.1 miles from the parking lot to the main pond with views.

A nice walk through the woods. Some cool wildlife and mushrooms. The Flow itself is pretty neat!

Nice quick trail that takes you around Courtney Pond & through a Northway Underpass to Shingletree. Parts of the trail border wooded private property. You get to see some nice wildlife. A good trail for fisherman. You'll also hear the noise from the Northway.

A bit of a rough and rocky access road for a few miles. 4 wheel drive vehicle only. The hike in was easy, the weather nice. Got to first pond, beautiful! Got to second pond also beautiful. All of sudden, a thunderstorm kicked up and it got nasty. Luckily we were prepared with rain gear. We were not prepared for the heavy lightening and thunder. We made a bee line back to car. Sunny when we got there. Another adventure to share with friends and family.
I loved every minute!
