Marshall is a typical unmaintained trail along a brook. Tons of roots, goes in, out, and next to herb brook on both sides (look for cairns) with a fully wooded summit and summit sign. A boring hike that unless going for all 46 high peaks I wouldn’t recommend it. I paired it with Mt Colden, starting/ending at the ADK loj. This mountain took me 1:15 up and about the same coming down.

This is a really nice hike on a well maintained trail. I made it in 2.5 hours to Algonquin Peak. The trail is mostly rocky, so you need a proper footwear. The views from all three mountains are fantastic. Wildflowers are amazing! Thumb up for the Mountain Steward on Algonquin Peak.

Beautiful views from each of the summits (weather permitting). The trail from Algonquin over Boundary Peak to Iroquois is fairly easy (If you've gone to the effort of climbing Algonquin, go get Iroquois while you're there!).

All three mountains have incredible views, and the trail itself is well maintained.

Beautiful views and some of my personal favorites in the Adirondacks. The trail between Algonquin and Iroquois isn’t spectacularly maintained and can get pretty muddy and thin. Overall a great hike and I would absolutely recommend it.

Algonquin and Iroquois are great, but Marshall is a lot of added distance/effort for very little payoff.

Difficult hike with spectacular 360 views at the summit. Worth the climb for sure

Good loop trail. Like every trail this year it's wet, but definitely still hike-able.
