This is my daily trail run! What I love most about this loop is its variety: beautiful trees and foliage, sweeping views of the lake and fields, a mix of ups and downs, and plenty of water fountains along the way. March / April is the best time of year to visit, when snow drops, daffodils and crocus bloom all along the path.

A nice long loop, all paved with some incline. I wouldn’t call it an easy run.

I love running with the dogs here, it’s the closest to being in the woods you can get in Brooklyn!

Beautiful park and lots of activities to do.
Have seen the Belvedere castle , fountain and the boats lake.

Wonderful park. Huge area, offering lots of walk options and activities. Especially beautiful in April when the cherry trees are blossoming. Great fountains.

So much to see in this park. Very enjoyable for a nice stroll and Belvedere Castle is a hidden gem.

Well maintained, highly traveled Park in Manhattan with unique areas and topography that everyone knows. I went through the park on a carriage once and walked the whole park on another trip.

We were actually in Central Park this past Saturday (6.3.17) to participate in YAI's Central Park Challenge to support people with disabilities. It was a great day. The park is a substantial size to enjoy a walk and the inter city garden. Good environment for the young and old to walk, bike ride, visit zoo or do a bit of model boat sailing.

Staten Island Greenbelt White Trail starting on Victory Blvd to Hylan Blvd and ending in great Kills park. This was a fun enjoyable 7 mile hike thru the Staten Island Greenbelt. The upper parts between Willowbrrok park, Latourette and the ravine are the most secuded and enjoyable of the White trail. The lower section are very close to roads so you will hear cars going by. You can continue another 1.5 miles to the very end of Great Kills park if you wanted to make this an 8.5 mile hike. We parked one car in Great Kills park and then drove to Willowbrook park to start our hike.

Great family place!!

City stroll for city people!

The Ramble is a particular favorite.

This looks like the horse trail that starts parallel to the reservoir. If it is then its flat loose gravel and NO BIKE RIDING IS ALLOWED.

We picked a day when there was a festival so it was difficult to navigate but once in the park an enjoyable ride.
