Endicott, New York Map

This was my first solo hike ( well with my dog) I was nervous but the trail I took (trail 1) was marked very well. The only trouble I had was that the markers are yellow and so were the leaves on the trees! Made a good challenge though. It was a great hike, I’m glad I finally worked up the nerve to go!

A decent place to hike. Most of the trail is paved with lots of location maps. Almost impossible to get lost.

The trails are easy to follow, clean and easy going for walking or hiking.

Very nice trail. The trail is wide and easy to walk. We walked the red trail to blue loop. A couple of somewhat steep climbs, but most of the trail is blacktop so walking was easy. We were pleasantly surprised with this trail and will definitely go back!

Make sure to take the creek trail section to get full view of the creek and gorge.

I love the trails at Oakley Corners but the map pictured here isn’t complete. The NYS DEC has a full map. I have gotten lost before but if you keep the map with you and follow your turns with the map you’ll be fine. Lots of old trees, creeks, ponds, well maintained bridges, free camping, lots of hunters during hunting season

Trails were labeled well until the river. Must of made a wrong turn somewhere where a tree with markers was down.

A nice location, but the trails were not marked very well but they are groomed nicely. An easy, longer hike that was pet friendly. I would go there again, but you have to really pay attention to the trail or you end up off the trail.

My brother and I spent the afternoon here and we loved it! The melting snow made some spots slippery and others very wet. A portion of the trail is not marked super well, I would recommend taking a picture of the map at the start. For the most part, well marked and maintained!

I can’t believe I’ve never been here before! What a gem. A 4 mile slice of nature in all its winter glory! Best marked trails I’ve ever seen!

I loved this well marked trail. Kinda neat to see people ice fishing on one of the ponds/lakes too. I brought my dogs and we had a great time!!

Trail is mainly old paved roads. The stone arch bridge is a hidden treasure. Nice for a quiet walk.

Very easy nice hike.

Love this trail but I hate what they are doing to the forest out there!

The trail has its highlights, like the stone bridge. Better markings on the switchback would help. The bagged dog droppings left at various places along the trail were disgusting. If you take a dog to the trail, take their waste with you.

Great trail! Beautiful!

Pretty woods. Not much to the waterfall in September, but I am sure it's awesome in June! Still a nice, mostly easy walk.

Camped multiple times and had the place to myself. Just what I was hoping for. Hiked and hunted many times also and always enjoy myself. Nice trails and we'll kept.

The trail itself is just ok; not much to see. What makes this hike awesome is the glen with stone bridge and waterfall. We took the advice of another reviewer and followed the yellow trail to the left at both the forks. At the end of the yellow trail (where the posted private property sign is) follow the wolf creek trail down to the glen to see the stone bridge and waterfall. This part of the hike can be somewhat treacherous but definitely worth it. I recommend grabbing a trail map at the start of the trail or taking a picture of the trail map that is posted.

nice walk in a beautiful area had a great time with the grandkids

Great hiking, but if you want to see the water, when you get to the split go left and then left again. No water on the big loop and that's a definite uphill hike either way you go! The kids enjoyed catching Pokemon and it was nice to reminisce about the old IBM days when that trail used to be exclusive to IBM families only.

I do enjoy time spent there. Although on the weekends it can get somewhat crowded.

Fun and easy trail!

Monday, April 24, 2017

It was ok, trail is paved and difficult to enjoy. Long boring walk to trail, not enough nature except along creek.

Sunday, November 27, 2016

It is very easy and not crowded. I wish it were better maintained in some parts but compared to the other binghamton trails, this is a fairly good one.

This system no longer allows horseback riding.
Great trail system, with a lot of nice options for either short or longer hikes depending on your time. Trails are kept clean and though there are muddy sections, you can still hike in sneakers without bringing home a bog. Dogs are allowed on leash. Love hiking here! The northern section has a logging road down the middle that is perfect if you have a jogging type stroller, though it's not super long. There aren't usually maps at the kiosk however, so remember to take a picture of the kiosk map if you're not familiar with this park!
