The Hudson Valley is an incredible place, you have to visit here. We had four young kids with us and they all did great.. Awesome view of the valley. Check out my full write up which includes directions and things to look out for.

Hiked up on Memorial Day w my wife & 2 small dogs . Fun rock scrambles and a steep start.

Been a while ago, but will be back! loved the hike!

really nice views and cute town. there is a shuttle that takes you to this trail from the station (The driver is named Johnny and is awesome!)

Loved this trail. Lots of steep ups and downs. Continue past Anthony’s nose for the full effect!

Alot of rocks best to wear hiking shoes, beautiful view of the bear mountain and it is best to go early since it gets crowded.

Nice hike with pretty views at Anthony’s nose. Steep section in the beginning but flattens out after the first uphills. I continued on past the nose just to add some distance, and there were some more views going down.

Beautiful view from the top!

Fantastic place especially after big rain.

Great one day trail with amazing views and a bit of the challenge for your legs.

Great for hiking, beautiful view.

Awesome views, unbelievable hike experience, loved it.

Great trail. Not great for running but some decent stretches to open up.

great hike, easy

Great for the kids.

Hiked on 9/29. Amazing, not too strenuous, short hike with one of the best views above the Hudson.

pretty good hike with a nice view of the bear mountain bridge and the Hudson river

Very scenic trail and great for a long walk.
Not hard at all.

Great out and back trail of moderate difficulty. Awesome end viewpoint overlooking the Hudson River and is a great picnic spot. Views along the way can be a little boring. Steep portions for sure! Loses a star only due to its extreme overuse and being out and back....you constantly have to move out of the way to get past people which is distracting from the scenery.

Difficult but manageable

Well marked trail with a longer less steep option along the AT plus a steeper shorter option behind old bear mountain bridge house.

The short hike to the nose from 9d and back is to be
avoided on the weekend - to crowded or go very early .
Wonderful articulated view
