It’s a nice trail to do with the dog. The falls is a great spot to take a break or so before you start the trail, dog loves it!

Nice place to stroll with the kids and have them enjoy the water. Rocks are slippery on the way down. Not a long trail , tables to eat as well

I went with my two dogs. I found parts of the trail well marked and a decent walk. It was very moist and slippery in most areas. There are some well placed boards along part of the trail to keep you out of the water and muck. However, the farther you go up the trail although clear of brush is little more then a deer trail. It's steep, narrow and slippery and need to really keep your eyes open for markers. The loop back down wasn't marked as clearly and there were quite a few downfalls that we had to detour around becoming somewhat disoriented in the brush. I used the app to get us back on track. Downhill was especially wet and treacherous with more then a few slides. I'd suggest good hiking boots with a thick tread and a hiking stick to stop yourself on the downhills. The bugs were surprisingly absent which was wonderful. The falls are close and extremely easy to reach.

Short hike to a nice little waterfall. Slick grounds, luckily there wasn’t many people on the trail. Good spot to bring kids or dogs.

This is a beautiful little State Park, but the trails are not well marked or well maintained. The trail head is at the end of the upper parking lot but there are no maps or trail photos. It is supposed to be a loop, but the trail just ends. The Falls are easily accessible from the upper parking lot. The Park doesn't seem to be attended by a ranger and there is no comment box.

wonderful trail

Very easy trail to the waterfall. Water is great and there’s a picnic table for your belongings. Always a fun time whenever i go.

Took the kids who are 5 and 7, they loved it. The hike is moderate but nothing the kids could not handle. It’s beautiful!

We did this hike to "shake the road off" after a long drive. A great, short, easy hike. Super easy to navigate, well marked, and in addition to the beautiful main waterfall there are also a lot of smaller falls and running water along the trails. Very well populated and safe. Suitable for kids and first time hikers.

So pretty

Good app

For what it is, a leisurely stroll through the woods, Cherry Tree Trail gets the job done. Unlike nearby Pixley Falls, with its incredible waterfall views, this trail is much more rustic. Virtually no elevation gain. Only word of caution would be that the trail is really hard to follow in the fall, when leaves cover the trail and all of the barren trees look the same.

Definitely not moderate. Very easy trail. Easy enough for all ages. Great little water fall. You can even jump from behind the water fall & go for a swim (although there are no swimming signs). Great spot to picknick or just hang with family/friends on a summer day. My boyfriend & I actually met here.

I go here twice a year at least for this trail and sometimes combine it with the BREIA Trail parking area south of the entrance to make it 3.5 mile rt. After a good rainfall the waterfalls are everywhere.

Great park. Very muddy and slippery when we went. Neat miniature waterfalls all over the park. Some of the trails seemed to have off shoots leading to dead end, however getting lost never seemed to be a worry. The falls were great. Would definitely hike again.
We hiked with a baby backpack and a six year old who all enjoyed the outing. Many places to wade or splash in fun shallow streams.

Easy hike with great falls. I also loved the natural whirlpool we found along the creek about halfway into the hike.

This location is a beautiful spot to bring your family and pets. It's a beautiful hike along creeks and streams. the hiking trail is well beaten down and gives many photo opportunists. The falls are beautiful and being that its early June, the water was at a level that you could get access to the back side of the falls. Get areas for picnics. We like to have a beer when we hike, but seen no one else with beer, it felt weird. There were other people but it didn't seem to crowded. Had a good amount of alone time by the falls. It was a great day.

Great to take the dogs to in the summer.

Trails in good shape. Very little mud. A few trees down but easy to get around. Lots of water so falls and and other waterways along trail look great.

Spectacular scenery!

Very scenic 1.2 mile loop. Several streams are visible along the trail. There are several wooden bridges along the trail. Every few steps is another place to take a picture. The trail takes you to the base of the falls. There are two other trails that take you directly to the falls but the loop is well worth the walk.
