Without a large amount of effort, you'll get a nice view of the Chama River Valley (especially beautiful in autumn), and the 500-year-old Tewa pueblo ruins on the plateau below. Plus, expansive views of the surrounding mountains, including Georgia O'Keeffe's favorite, the flat-topped Pedernal. A nice hike if you don't have a lot of time, or want to appreciate the landscape from an elevated vantage point.

Had a great time. There were a few places along the trail where I held my 4 year old daughter's hand on the way up, but the way down was fantastic and super easy.

I loved this place. Trails take you practically anywhere you want to go at different elevations. The rock formations are stunning. Worth the visit.

It's definitely worth seeing. the trail is not real clear nor is it difficult. You'll want to take a camera for sure

Beautiful hike! That trail isn't very defined- we only made it about a mile because the trail line ran out. But the rock formations are definitely worth seeing!

It's private property owned by the Mosque. Enter the property under the wooden archly and follow the road.

The trail was pretty rocky but decent. Only half a mile climb to the top, nothing spectacular.

Great easy hike. To enter, go through the arched entrance to the road that leads to the mosque.

This was not a great hike. The entire "trail" is in an arroyo filled with sand. Sand is horrible to hike in and after 7 miles of hiking my lower back and hips. I'm 23! Too young for this kind of pain!
