Scrambled up a few rocks but the trail listed here was very helpful! Stunning views of the arch and we had the place to ourselves! Would definitely come back with someone who has never been or for sunset/sunrise!

Enjoyable easy trail. Can be accessed from Cottonwood Campground which adds about 1mi to the stated 1.6mi if starting from the trailhead. Access from West side of river just past the bridge when driving through the community of Navajo Dam. 2mi down dirt road stay left to trailhead or right into Cottonwood Campground.

Great trail for a fun ride! I took my 4 boys with me and they had a great time! I’m fairly new to biking so a few spots are a little difficult for me but with time I’m sure it will be easier for me!

Trail is not on private property, couple of spots where you have to climb up some rocks, the arch is worth it. Fun little hike.

park at well site hike up the reveren then across the top

This trail is not marked. Some of it is following oil field roads, washes then you’ll be on a trail. It was more like a scavenger hunt of following the All Trails map and trying to keep the blue dot on the pink trail. But it worked out and we didn’t get lost, just a few sideways jaunts when we lost the trail.

Trail was great to ride. I would for sure do it again. Video available on YouTube at https://youtu.be/3tszhHGQfaI if you want a better insight of the trail itself.

Was a nice little hike, just be prepared there are a few spots that we came across that required some climbing. Might be a little difficult for children and some dogs. Was a short hike to the arch not bad and very enjoyable.

The trail itself, is only 1.6 miles, there and back. It was an enjoyable trail that took less than an hour total and we were taking our time. Took my 3 year old son, and he walked most of it. Loved it and would recommend. However, the trail does not start at Simon Point, it is on the wrong side of the river. Before Navajo City, the road takes a left with a 'Cottonwood Campground - 2 Miles' sign, which you're supposed to follow. Then head straight, past the cottonwood campground, and it will lead you straight to the trailhead (follow the Dirt road).

Beautiful hike, east to navigate, not strenuous. It was a bit muddy which made the trails slippery but still enjoyed the hike. Definitely going to come back in the spring and fall when there is more color.

Great area to walk/run/bike and is well marked. The first loop is great for all ages and abilities the rest will give a little more challenge.

Very cool view of ruins and a very easy walk that is handicap accessible. They do not allow dogs.

great place for a walk

Great hike/bike trail

The road to this hike isn’t good and took awhile. Before we got to the start of the marked trail there was a No Trespassing sign. Never got to see the arch. Bummer

Drove an hour to get out there to find the road blocked off. This trail is closed till mid april for “restoration”... bummer but decided to walk the san juan river trails instead and it was an absolute delight! NM has enchanted me once again

Great short adventure hike. Walk along a boulder filled shelf about a cottonwood filled canyon with live water. Very nice surprise

This trail is pretty fun. It winds through the pinions with many short climbs and descents. Not technical, but there are plenty of fast sections. Make sure to do the Black Hole. It is an extra loop that is probably only a couple hundred yards, but it is super technical slickrock. Best technical section that I have found in New Mexico thus far (not saying much). The Farmington and Aztec areas seem like they have perfect terrain for biking but there just don't seem to be many great trails at this point.
