some views. lots of leaves (I know- the woods) very slippery underfoot in places and some areas where trails are closed but visible. great little hike 53 though.

Nice hike. One section had a nice, steep incline. Very steep. It went on for a while, which was great. We only went to the top, then headed back down. I’ll be back to do the whole trail.

Started at Old Mtn Road parking lot with initial climb over ridge and down to Cushetunk Tr. and walked SE to hook back up on ridge line to White trail. Thought we'd be closer to water but not so much. Started towards peak near White/Blue peak area but rain on it's way. 50 degrees and no rain in f-cast- oh well. Wet or cold okay, not wet and cold. Little rocky in spots. Trail mostly leaf covered but no problem keeping on. Dog loved it.

we liked the trail and the landscape. It is a fun hike, some rocky parts that are fun for kids. only complaint would be that some parts of the path are covered by thorny bushes and overgrown grass. tough for our dog. quiet, we barely encountered other hikers.
