Great hike. Newer park with nice trails

All I got to say is that you mine as well walk out of the car and take a picture at the trail head cause there ain’t no scenery changes. Kept walking thinkin I’d find a dope guy view but all I was left with was a little river full of duty splat. Don’t waste your time walking through these woods walk through the wailing woods instead and run it up. This trail is the worst in sj by far you’ll never catch me back...and whoever placed the trail markers needs to be fired, felt like I was walking through a corn maze smh

Truly enjoy this park. Just go you owe it to yourself to check it out

ABSOLULTY lovely trails with beautiful scenery and everyone comes with their dogs and its just the best

This park is a gem....this trail is an old railway bed so it's flat as can be. The sound of water can be heard along good portions of it. You can walk it all year basically....Excellent place to go.

Beautiful trails.

Enjoy these trails all summer long

Great trail. Clear and well maintained. Good mix of ascents, descents and flats. Several opportunities to take cross trails to shorten the loop if needed. As well as extend your trek.

Slippery slopes due to the current weather, however great inclines. Will be doing back in the spring when it is warmer and can get closer to the lake

Nice wooded trail. Many unmarked trails cross this trail. Make sure you check the GOS frequently to stay the course.

Close to everything, far from it all. Really cool view of the city as well

This is a very nice area in an otherwise desert of walking opportunities. This hike is very accessible to lots of different people, however there are many trails that can be added to make this more challenging and interesting to people looking for something that could be described more as a hike.

A nice fall walk in mixed meadow, farmland and new growth woodland. As others have said it’s a mix of access roads and single track. Given the terrain and several small lakes it has a good mix of birds. Don’t be put off by the stated location ‘near Trenton’ this is a good 20 mi east of Trenton and is actually on the other side of the NJ turnpike.

Not sure why this hike is rated as moderate unless it's based on distance. This is a relatively flat trail, either paved or of crushed cinder, with few wooded areas. It's a nice walk but not what I would consider hiking.

Park is closed to the public Wed-Sat for firearm hunting until February. Pretty disappointing as this information was not on the website beforehand.

I love this trail during the week. I start in Marksboro and walk to Blairstown and back I've seen Eagles on the river. It's quite lovely.

I love this trail. I love that you can take other trails and loop back onto it. Beautiful area.

One of my regular runs. Always nice

awesome trail with various elements. Boulders, woods, and grass fields. A nice surprise for being in the center of the state.

took a family hike and Crystal Lake Park is close for us. Multiple trails, hills with overlooks of the lake, bridges over streams. Impressed with how much was there and how well maintained the park is. We'll definitely visit again!

great hiking trails very rough and Rocky. very hilly.

Gorgeous, well kept nature trails. Very dog friendly!

Easy trail... our group consisted of ages 4-85 yrs old, and it was a doable hike for all of us.

Rode it end to end quite beautiful in areas enjoy!

Wide open trails, beautiful scenery and wildlife. Great for biking, bird watching, family hike. Only small negative (for me) - you will see people :)

Very nice trail. A bit tricky at one point on the trail as you come from west to east. No markings at intersection of Historic Trail (pink) and Cataract Road. Wound up finding our way on white trail, which hooked back up to Historic Trail by the lake. Overall great experience, though.

Lovely trail, too overgrown in a lot of parts.

It was a nice short hike. Started blue, to red and then white to come out on the gravel road to see the water falls. It's not a huge falls just a creek running down the mountain, but beautiful sound all the less. Hooked back up to red a bit up the gravel road and back around to red then blue and out.
