HikingGreat!

Great hike. Trails marked out really well. There is a fallen tree at the beginning of Ann loop due to the storm we just head. Views and weather was amazing!

Solid moderate trail. A few spots for scenery but overall we were in thick trees.

HikingGreat!

Great trail network in a beautiful forest. Conditions were great and the trails well marked. There is an intersection where the two loops meet so if you change your mind and decide to cut the hike short or extend it, it’s very doable. The .6 mile stretch from the parking lot to Indian Pond was fairly busy with families and dogs, but the rest of the hike was all but empty. Plenty of parking at the trailhead as well as across the street but it got crowded so arrive early. Definitely a moderate hike — not super easy but also not overly technical or challenging.

Nice wide trail with a moderate incline most of the way to the summit—a very lovely sweeping Mountain View from the top. Took us exactly two hours including some time to relax at the top. Bring bug spray!

Loop to Indian Lake and up to viewpoint(s) is definitely a light-moderate hike--5ish miles and a few rocky or steep moments. There are no real challenges other than walking up just a few steep sections, which don't require anything more than walking up the equivalent of stairs and watching your footing. We combined the loop trail and Mount Wastastiquet then continued down blue diamond trail on the other side of Wastastiquet, then came back the way we came: it was about 11 miles total. The switchback blue diamond trail is a continuous climb but again no technical challenges. The 11 miles plus lunch took about 6.5 hours total. On a Saturday the parking lot on either side seemed continuously full, and while we passed hikers it wasn't as busy as I expected and it was certainly ok, though there wasn't always available parking.

Beautiful trail, mostly in the forest. The part on the mountain is a bit of a rocky scramble, but worth it. The viewpoints are really pretty.

Great trail, easy to moderate difficulty, very well maintained and easy to follow path. Nice views at the summit. Highly recommend extending past the summit on the trail to Mine’s Ledge for even better views. (Trail past Wantastiquet is narrower and less maintained but still straightforward to follow.)

Went in the morning and only saw a couple people on the trail. Bugs weren’t too bad and trail had dried up due to the lack of rain. Great loop trail.

Great trail, not too difficult for a semi regular hiker. Road getting to the trail is rocky/dirt depending on which way you come in

Hiked this about two weeks ago, beautiful moderate hike to Daniels Mountain. For first time hikers, Moon Ledge is just off trail as you approach the peak of Daniels Mountain. Daniels Mountain is full tree cover at the summit so enjoy the view at the ledge!

Nice trail but had running water in spots. If you’ve got water resistant boots it’s no big deal. If you’re just hiking in shoes it will be slick so be careful.
