Milton, New Hampshire Map

Great trails for dogs and challenging terrian. Makes for a great workout

Very easy to find and there were maps at the trail head. We only walked down a few of the trails (as there are several). Went off the trail at one point as it was a little tricky to follow in places. Really buggy and overgrown in spots.

I thought it was a nice shady trail. A couple of times felt a little lost but came up to a yellow marker fairly quickly. Some of the steeper spots were hard to walk up/down due to the amount of leaves on the trail. A lot of little creatures and mushrooms all along the way.

This is a great trail! Some of it is easy and some challenging. It does get a little bit buggy by the river but that's to be expected. 6-2-19 - I caught poison Ivy on the path I took, saved recording of path.

Starts on dirt road for 8/10 of a mile mostly down hill...Then left along the river well maintained double track . watch for the right to stay on the river at first bridge. more nice double track .then start slogging your way back up hill through mostly single track..that's the crux... easy run....Well maintained park..

Great place for a dog walk.

always a good trail for the morning hike

muddy for spring. Will go back.

Fun woodsy trail. The were no maps in the kiosk, but having this app, I figured we’d get around fine. It was humid and had recently rained and the forest was misty and atmospheric. We saw lots of beautiful bright mushrooms-bright yellow, pink, red, orange, translucent Indian pipes, and even a purple one. Lol, we kept looking for the wonderful views, but never found them. Figured it was an exaggeration, and we weren’t too concerned because we were having fun anyways. Once I got home I took a look at the map, the pics and read some blog reviews. Apparently there’s a faint trail across the road with ledges and beautiful views. So they do exist! That’s ok, it’ll give us another reason to come back (other than the beautiful woods). I’ll probably give it 5 stars when I see those ledges!

Not really another spectacular

Monday, July 31, 2017

I will give it two stars and not one just because it was very quite. Other than that I would not come back. The bugs were a KILLJOY and the picture on the cover is definitely deceiving. There's NO waterfall. No water at any point. Very disappointing!

directions to entrance is misleading, but once on trail it's a nice walking trail. Not much of an incline and no views, but a nice walk through the woods, brought my dog but unsure if they're allowed. no other foot traffic at the time.
