The trail from Gate 2/Marshall Rd to the Mill Pond Loop is enchanting in many places. Views out to a marsh at the outset turn into looks up to a fairly high forest canopy. There are some picturesque pine Grove stretches. The trail around Mill Pond is well marked with many scenic view points to the Lily pad covered pond, several with well placed benches. The bridges mark attractive spots as well. Navigation to the Mill Pond Loop was sketchy with none of the signage from 107/Marshall Rd indicating its direction. As well along the way, there were unmarked 4 ways. A compass is useful.

I love these trails. I hike daily with my dog. Not sure why it says dogs must be leashed because they do not have to be.

Nice easy hike. Buggy in places but not terrible.

Great trail. Used a BOB stroller for the baby. I did find it was confusing with markers one time but found my way and had a great time!

Easy, well groomed trails, great for kids/dogs.

Great trail !! Easy, scenic and beautiful. You wont be disappointed !

Lots of shade. Took the kids 2 and 4 and they had a great time. Lots to look at.

Beautiful trail, wonderful low key walk I highly recommend it !! My battery got low and we got lost, thats why my trail map looks as it does. So be careful because there are many adjoining trails !! lol ! Enjoy !

Great beginner MTB riding! From the Rte 107 trailhead when you go in and stay right for a bit you'll run in to a oak tree across the trail and you will have to pick up your bike to cross. Other than that it's fun riding.

do not ride your bike here. only walking trail washout. way to many rocks

lots of mosquitos!!!!

this was a cute little trail, dog loved it! it's a little Rocky in spots but would be pretty good for some easy to moderate mountain biking :) I will definitely be back with the bike

Another great walk option at Tucker and French Family Forest!

I've done this loop a few times and it's great! Very relaxing.

Nice short walk to round out your afternoon! Beth and I took Remi, our 11 month old puppy and walked this trail on a cool cloudy May afternoon. We took our time and enjoyed the water area seeing Great Blue Herons, ducks and other bird species. We were able to have Remi off leash the entire time and we saw no one else along the way. not bad for a Sunday in May. This system offers many different hikes to choose from so you can lengthen your walk to 6 or 7 miles if you wish. The bridges and walkways across the low areas keep it interesting and comfortable. The paths are well marked but they do twist and turn so study the trail map at the parking area, take a photo of it because most of the trail system is not on All Trails yet, i hope to record more of the area soon.

One of the best well marked trails along the Seacoast.... fairly straightforward terrain with opportunity to walk 3 & 4 abroad...

Nice quick walk. Muddy in many spots but not everywhere. Pretty view of the ponds.
