Great Adventure- It was a demanding hike but very fun. There’s a few sketchy areas you have to use a rope to get down so bring some good hiking shoes. It’s worth the hike there’s a few natural pool areas. The end of the hike leads to the Colorado river and there’s a few islands you can get on, take a change of clothes and slippers if you want to get in.

- Bring a bathing suit!!! - Wear good hiking boots if you got them. - If shoe/boot dust gaskets are a thing get some, the first half is deep gravel and it gets stuck in your shoes. - I dunno if I'd call this a black trail... I guess it's subjective. it looked hard for the lady with acrylic stiletto finger nails but she was doing okay with the help of her friends. - There were some tough spots and I did manage to find myself a pretty sketchy climb down right before the big hot pool. - most of the trail was easy, but there's any 6-8 very short but equally fun/difficult ascents/descents. - WHEN CLIMBING BACK UP, AFTER YOU GET BACK ABOVE THE HOT SPRINGS and you get to a stack of boulders, don't go around them, walk towards them. There's a fun cave/tunnel you can take up to the next plateau.

Wonderful, very challenging hike as usual. Just wanted to write my disappointment about all the new graffiti I’ve observed. STOP TAGGING OUR ROCKS YA JERKS!

Enjoyed this easy hike on a Monday morning. Beautiful rocky cliffs and desert flats. This trail is used primarily for mountain bikers so there are a lot of dips and moguls making it more fun and interesting. I would not recommend walking this trail on the weekend when all the mountain bikers are enjoying it. But we only saw two this morning so that was perfect.

Nice place i did this hike with my 2 kids and they like it

Great trail but super crowded on the weekends. There are ropes that act as bottle necks and some have long waits going down and, again, coming back up. If you're not bringing kids, consider going to Arizona Hot Springs about five miles down the freeway. (There might be unclothed people.) AHS also goes down to the Colorado River and has an amazing hot springs. AHS is much less crowded on the weekends. https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/arizona/arizona-ringbolt-hot-springs-trail

Awesome hike to this natural structure ... Moderate travels some scrambling ... but well worth the time ... keep focused on trail as it may get a bit confusing at some points ... Enjoy

We originally were just going to do the trail as indicated, but the extra mile or so to the Hoover Dam was absolutely worth it. At 80 degrees it’s still pretty warm, so definitely never do this trail in the summer months because it is so exposed. The tunnels ended up being way cooler than expected, and the stretch between tunnel 5 and the Hoover Dam has almost no people on it, so you can have a bit of privacy to your hike.

Very easy trail with very good views

This hike was fun and challenging until you get to certain areas where the climb down is far and the only way of getting there is one rope. Crowds start to form waiting until the people trying to climb down on some of these rocks I believe there should be more mechanisms to help the transfer from such a height and maybe some warning signs would be helpful as well, because I did see many people struggle and a few get hurt.

Very easy trail, great views of the lake and some very cool history in the tunnels. Mostly sun unless you’re in the tunnels so it does get warm! Bring water! Perfect last minute day hike for an outdoors fix!

Did not try this trail....after I saw the signs regarding sewage....that’s sad....only water for miles, flowing into Lake Mead....
