The White Tail Loop trail is through an urban forest. It travels up a steep hillside along a forested ravine and loops back down the other side along an old logging road. Deer and other wildlife is plentiful in the area and often seen. White Alloe Creek Conservation Area is adjoined by the Parkville Nature Sanctuary. Four short loop trails, ranging from .1 miles to .9 miles in length are found in the Santuary. Highlights between the two sites include a water fall, abundant wildlife, several streams and a shelter built on the foundation of an old girl scout cabin. A section is ADA accessible. Trail guides are available at the trail head. No Bikes, no dogs, and no motorized vehicles. Show more
