first off there are tail markings for the trailhead.if you find your bearings then your off track even tried to use GPS no go if anyone knows how to navigate this .good luck.....

We hiked this one way and it normally would be a very easy hike but it was rainy and muddy and if our dog pulled, we could have easily slipped down into the stream! Be careful if raining but really a flat, easy family trail. We walked down to the road bridge and returned along the other side of the water with all the fishermen. Beautiful, fun and rainy day. Lots of beautiful rainbow trout you can clearly see in the water.

Nice walk next to the river.

Nice views from parking area of The mountains. Cool cave! trail is not well marked after you leave the cave area.

This trail no longer exists in its entirety. It's not worth your time. It's a bit shit.

Skip it. Nothing to justify taking this 'trail' that is not much more than a game trail that ends after about a quarter mile and one is then left to bushwack...which would be okay if there was something truly worthwhile to get to...but there is no reason for doing so. Much better vistas can be found from the highways and farm roads, not to mention other trails in RRSP. If you do go, from the parking just off 86, the road to the left is private - all you will get from taking it is a very short out-n-back. The 'trail' is to the right and is only passable for about a quarter mile before disappearing into brush - and we went in December. I can't imagine bothering to hack through this in the spring/summer. Would have given it 0 stars if that was possible.

The trail lead to private land so we turned around and headed back. Maybe we took a wrong turn somewhere.

As the map showed that the trail was 2 miles long, I was expecting at least a trail. Yes, there is a nice trail to the cave, but to say there is an actual path to follow is completely wrong. After the cave, I roughly followed the line on my trail map. The best recommendation for this alleged trail is to take Daryl Dixon and a pair of hedge trimmers to cut through the wild roses.
