Pretty flat trail. Well cleared. Make a good trail running trail

Great weather for a hike. Saw lots of squirrels and one armadillo.

Great day out doing woodland photography. Some STEEP areas. Walking the creek is easy. Bring LOTS of WATER and snacks. Very nice trail for woodland and waterfall photography. First waterfall about 15 minute hike

Best in the Baton Rouge vicinity. Challenging areas. Bring waterproof shoes. Easy to make a wrong turn. Nice waterfalls just minutes from the trailhead. Others are little more challenging to find. Directional signage little confusing. Took a couple Wrong turns but not that bad. Preparing for Humphreys Peek in Flagstaff next week. Kind of like comparing riding go-karts to driving the Daytona 500. I think my son and I are in for it. The altitude and difficulty at Humphreys is over the top compared to what we did today. Still, a great outing at Clark Creek. Recommend for all experience levels.

Awesome trail. Pictures don't seem amazing but the trail is.

Beautiful fall hike. Trail is well maintained with lots of up and down hills. We saw some deer. We don't have very many up and down hill hikes in south Mississippi. This was a great afternoon hike.

Following the creek is an easy hike. If you follow the trail loop it is a bit more challenging. Some steep parts with narrow parts of the trail. We found six of the seven waterfalls, some were running dry. Bring water, the two of us went through three liters plus a few water bottles.

Creek is the more popular attraction and you’ll see plenty of people and dogs. We didn’t see anyone doing the main trail until we came back up the creek by the three front waterfalls. Definitely worth it, earlier the better for us.
