Port Crescent

Great trail. We walked the highway from Port Cresent state park where we are camping. We started counter clockwise from the. ridge and parking area. The path from 6 to the bridge is not marked that well and that part of the trail gets really narrow and there are wild BlackBerry branches in the path that have thorns that could snag or scratch you. We went during the day and we could see them easily and avoided any problems. We returned to the bridge by the road and then walked back 5 to 4 to complete every part of the trail, then went north east on the trail to the Port Cresent state park beach. As of 2018 the Pinebogg march / river does not flow out by the beach so you can walk over to the beach and come out by the volleyball net area with getting your shoes wet. I dont think the trail is very visible from the beach and people dont mention this great little trail. All in all 1.5 hours, 4.25 miles, 890 calories, 23 floors...
