This trail is so perfect! You get a mix of everything! Part of the trail is wooded and slightly up hill, but then you also have beautiful boardwalks! We loved it and so did our pups!

Well kept up ,nicely marked, pretty scenery. Would definitely recommend it.

great place not alot of people with great scenery

North Country Trail: Jackson Street Parking to Historic Bridge Park. Starts off as paved urban trail through Battle Creek, then turns to nature trail through Ott Nature Preserve and Kimball Pines. Finishes at the Historic Bridge Park crossing neat metal bridges. Dog-friendly (leashed).

I love this trail, but I should have brought ice skates instead of my trail runners! In the summer and fall it’s wonderful, but do not recommend in February.

Very nice trail and well maintained. How recommended!

The trail is OK but when you get to the end of it you have to turn around and walk back on the exact same trail it dies not exactly loop to the same place. You are also walking fairly close to people‘s backyards and lose the feeling of being out in the woods.

Great trail in an urban setting. Some elevation changes. Nice wetlands and a small lake. Many alternative routes winding through a biological preserve.

Very well maintained trail that is much wider than typical trails. Slightly rolling hills keep it interesting

nice trail. easy, well marked, mixed use.

great for hiking.

Nice hike. Did part of the Ott trail and part of the North Country trail.

Great walk with the family

I missed the 5 mile hike but managed to find the 3.2 trek. Great hike, fantastic job on the trail! I've hiked the appalachian trail and on the fun level this compares!

Easy, well marked and maintained trail. I hiked the blue North Country trail. Some nice water views including a beaver dam and lodge. Looks like it would be buggy during the summer months.

Hiked the Ott for the first time this week with a group of cub scouts. It proved to be a very nice and easy scenic walk. FYI: it is not a loop, when you reach the end yo must turn around and go all the way back.
