Easy well marked trail. Lots of dog walkers. Once past the open field section, the trail is less trafficked and more secluded, but you're still not in the wilderness. The trail skirts residential neighborhoods. Nice boardwalks and marshland areas. If you continue onto the road and over to the second section, the trail is even more secluded and lightly used. This section has cool pontoon bridges and benches, also signs of beaver and deer. In my opinion, this section was the part of the hike. Not strenuous and very little elevation gain.
