Hiked this with our dog. Would have rated a 5 but for noisy logging trucks nearby. Follow orange markers to white markers. This is a quick hike that offers a spectacular view. There were a few rock scrambles but that just made the trail more interesting. No bugs!!

HikingGreat!

We drove to the start at Osceola street and began our hike there. The trail is beautiful and well marked! Great views from our first stop at the fire tower. We continued on along the ridge to Yokun seat where the view is magnificent. Turned around there and just retraced our path. Didn’t go all the way to Bousquet.

There are some trees lying on the trail because of the recent tornado.

Very satisfying hike. Surprisingly a bit tougher than I thought it would be. True to the name - very rocky and lots of ups and downs.

We went up the two forest trail to the summit and down the M and M trail. Trail was very steep on the way up. M and M trail has some rocky sections that were challenging for our dogs. It was a good workout!

I didn’t expect that trail after the falls will be a little rough and We end up on someone yard following the map. There were feedback about just not finishing the loop trail but going back once you reach the end of the falls part . I should have listed but of course was curious, the trail was path is elevated since it’s going to a hill part. We went back to the easy path instead of doing the entire loop.

Nice easy hike. Didn’t come across anyone else on my trail. Pond at the end is great to swim in, the water is crystal clear. Though I saw a black bear across the water and turned around lol

Great trail, rocky in the beginning but wide roads in the end. One of my favor trails in the fells.

Really a great cardio work out... some much steeper parts. Short hike, though.. made it to the top in about an hour. Would consider more difficult on the moderate scale for a beginner hiker.

If you can get past the bugs and horseflies this is a great trail. Walking into trail continue straight down to get to the loop. It brakes of to the left to go down to the pond. Taking the loop to the left brings you past the pond with beautiful views then hooks shape right followed by another right. The second half is wooded and windy, most shaded with quite moderate inclines. There are parts that are rocky with lots of exposed roots that are a fun challenge. I use hiking poles for either direction.
