Trail is in excellent condition. Great views. Would rate higher, but we forgot bug spray.

Wear bug spray!!!

Wonderful trail to take your energetic pup for a long walk he’s wiped. Beautiful flowers there are a lot of mountain bikers so if you do take your dog off leash make sure the pups well behaved, we didn’t have any issues. Wasn’t too hard but was a lot longer than the expected 8.1 miles. Not good peak views during summer but I bet you will be rewarded with views during winter or end off fall when the leaves are stripped. The plus not too many bugs but I deeted the crap out of life. Not a well marked trail with lots of trail branches which was not confusing if you have a map. I love all the trail options which allow for creative hiking and multiple uses of the switchbacks. Would 100% do it again!

Buggy but fun hike with my pup

Beautiful views. Lovely afternoon walk. Very kid friendly.

Nice wooded trail with a few steep, winding sections but a great view from the top. I carried 30 pounds worth of kid and gear so it was a good work out, but definitely do-able. Footing might get dodgy after a good rain though.

Amazing views from the Summit House. Go for the sunset! The trail is a bit steep from the half-way house to the summit, but many people walk up/down the road.

Nice low-incline walk, especially for dogs, with well marked trail. An off-shoot trail leads to nice view of rolling Hadley fields (behind a private field).

Cons: Gets buggy in the summer! Small parking area.

Totally accessible by chair. Good for running and walking. Very well kept trail-- forest feels almost tropical and completely enclosed. Bring your binoculars for birdwatching and your camera to remember the cute turtles in the swamps!

Pretty good easy walk

I love this trail

Awesome views and great workout. We stumbled across this trail near skinner park entrance... the trails were freshly graveled... and after a strenuous amazing workout, we reached the top at Summit house... with a spectacular view! All in all it took us about 2 hours... well worth the hike, will do it again soon!

A gorgeous, scenic trail. You will enjoy the greenery and soothing nature there. BUT in terms of trail signs and marks this trail is the worst among others in the area. Even with GPS there is a good chance of getting lost. Overall 4S!

Nice hour long hike with the dogs.

Very well marked looped trail that was great on a snowy day! There are no sight seeing spots on trail overlooking the lake or hillside.

This Was a great hike with well marked trails.

Great clear trails but not well marked, most are not marked at all. I highly recommend having a trail map or this app tracking. We ended up taking other trails inadvertently many time. Some we backtracked from but others we just stayed on. We ended up doing just over half the loop and that was still a nice hike. We enjoyed the changing terrain, chipmunks and many little bridges. it seems as though one could spend a day hiking in there and not hit the same trail twice. This is a great mountain bike trail but we only saw a few out there.

Very clear and well marked trail with elevation but nothing too tough.

Great hike for kids and families. Vernal pools, cool trees.

This is a beautiful and very easy 40-45 minute hike (suitable for children), or a very easy 15-20 minute trail run. There appear to be recent trail changes, and if you follow the yellow-blazed salamander loop you will miss the summit.

Great easy loop to the summit of Mount Warner. One of the most well maintained trails in the area.

This is usually my return journey from the Horse Caves - I take the much steeper M&M trail (white) up to Mt. Norwottuck and then continue on through the Caves for an easy return journey. Some may find it boring, but I think the RFT in general is awesome.

It was fun for the whole family
