The trailhead and initial trails are in Noanet but then you cross over into the Hale Reservation where the bulk of the hike is located. Continue up and over Strawberry Hill then down to the beach at Powisset Pond via the Strawberry Hill Trail. Continue up and around then down to the road which takes you back to the parking area. A nice double loop out-and-back trek to the St. Stephen's Priory property that is now owned by Boston College (BC). There are a few trail off-shoots that lead down to the Charles River too which makes this hike really special. The bulk of the hike is on the Trustees Peter's Reservation property but enters the BC property on the 2nd loop. There are some private property signs on route but none around the priory. Careful crossing the road.Show more
