Nice easy trail, a few fun water features and boardwalks. Mainly flat, a few rocks. Not busy at all.

Did a 9 mile hike! Started in pasgoc R.I. and merged into the midstate! Did point to point with my hiking crew! Left one car at one end! Trails were challenging and beautiful! Well marked and lots of nice scenery of brooks and lake! Loved it! Had wine and cheese after the adventure!! Happy hiking

Enjoyed the trail hikes of Tri-State Marker and a good portion of the Buck Hill Trail yesterday afternoon. My wife and I appreciated seeing some stone foundation relics along the path and the swampy cedar boardwalk. After leaving the trails from Massachusetts into Rhode Island, the trail markers, if any, were non-existent. However, it was fun using our navigational skills to manage our intended direction. In addition, we did cherish see only 4 hikers in Rhode Island. Overall, we did over 9 miles and enjoyed the serenity.

Great for A morning out with the dog! Only a few people, couple horses! Beautiful day! Definitely Go again if in the area! Bit muddy in places

Pretty good trail! A bit of a workout if you take it at a fast pace. Nice views of the reservoir.

You can also get to the marker by taking the Airline Trail from East Thompson in Connecticut. If you park at the access lot where East Thompson Road crosses the Airline Trail, it's just about a mile to the marker (the rocky path leading to the marker is clearly marked on the main trail). We then turned east and followed the Mass/RI border and did the loop as shown here back to the Airline Trail. About 4.5 miles total. Muddy in places and in others, the trail was essentially a stream, but it wasn't hard to work our way around. Bring bug dope -- LOTS of gnats!

Walked this trail on a rainy Sunday. Was not disappointed. Good walk and not a lot of people. I would imagine this gets pretty buggy during the warmer months though.

Dog friendly trail from Douglas state forest to tri state marker. I did an out-and-back but you can make it more of a loop. Kinda muddy easy to follow.

Fairly heavily trafficked - not what we were looking for. But, yes, easy and pleasant enough.

walk out to a spot where mass Rhode island and Connecticut all meet up. they got a post its pretty cool

Hiked this Easter weekend. We loved it! Wide paths are conducive to social distancing. Interesting waterfront features on each of the loops.
