The place is a tarp for guys who love guys...Was followed by two guys , When i got back to the road where my truck was packed someone put a pair of shit stain underwear on my drivers mirror !!!

Do not recommend this trail. Had potential to be great with lots of up/down, creek crossings and minor rock scrambles. BUT: -Footpaths and deer trails run rampant, and lack of trail blazers and poor trail maintenance throughout a majority of the woodlands makes it next to impossible to stay on proper route even with a trail map. -Parking is only available in the furthest lot on campus from the designated trail-head (according to the app), although we managed to find another entrance. -Half of the trail was underwater, bridges included. -Trash scattered about as trail loops closer to highway. MCC should consider fixing up a few things and maybe I’d recommend or consider returning.

This was a cute trail but fell short of the 1.9miles at barely 1.2miles full loop

Would have been pretty good if part of the trail wasn’t under water.

the trail is a bit rugged as it follows an eschar over the over the Nutting Lake Marsh. The trailis not blazed and requires GPS to follow that hike as there are many intersecting trails , but it's very short; it's over in a matter of minutes. Good to get out in the fresh air. There are vernal pools that probably will Harbor the spring peepers, some bird sighting and some animal tracks.

thus is the hardest trail ive ever been on and that is saying alot because i took a trail that was in a public park

bay circuit trail travels 200 miles from duxbury to newburyport massachusetts through 34 different towns. this trail is very flat, you have some elevation gain in Sharon hiking up Moose hill which is the biggest hill you'll have to ascend on the whole trail. ive done bits & pieces of the trails in different towns, never the whole trail in its entirety. i have some beautiful picks of the fall colors in the tubbs meadows section in pembroke & some pics of moose hill in sharon. the bay circuit trail was 1st thought up in 1929 by the same man who came up with the AT trail. the entire trail was not fully completed until 2007 & was a long road to make it possible to get all the land properly protected for such a long woodsy trail in such a widely developed area. being so close to boston as it goes around the city like a belt, its very unpopular compared to that of the midstate trail or the AT. as it gets recognized, i believe alot of people will be greatful for the efforts put forth from the groups that made it possible. it was a long struggle to make it happen but its now accomplished & ready for everyone to enjoy. good luck, have fun & remember to be safe.
