Length: 4.7 mi • Est. 2 h 11 m
This trail is part of Loch Raven Reservoir in Batimore County. There is a short trail located at Seminary Avenue and Dulaney Valley Road that runs along Seminary and has a parking area. When it ends, you have to go about 25 feet up the same side of the road to the official trail head. This trail is designated as a mountain biking trail, but there are many hikers, walkers and runners. All along the trail there are branch trails, but they are clearly marked as being prohibited to bikers. This causes the bike trail to have consistent elevation changes, some of which are steep and somewhat rocky. Great to build uphill endurance and downhill speed skills. The trail is very well marked with white blazes, arrows and bike signs.Show more
