Pretty clean trail. Very runnable. Lots of interconnecting trails and some are not marked. Big trail intersections are marked. I would have gotten very lost without tracing my path so I could go out and back. I would not trust I could easily do loops or even get back correctly without the apps. Easy to run because Lots of trees for shade but not overgrown and not a lot of downed trees and branches. I saw only a couple of walkers, 1 runner and 1 biker in a 1 hour run

Short MTB trails. Good for a couple of hours of fun. Early afternoons are best. Lots of wildlife and trails are well marked.

I run the dirt trails here a couple times a week, at night in the summer (with a headlamp), including the part that's labeled "MTB Trail" off to the north--it's really just a new part of the trail (but a there-and-back, not a loop; most of the rest you can do as a loop). There's a fifty foot segment at the SW end that crosses a stream on Greencastle Rd, but you can now avoid this by a new trail + footbridge that doesn't show on any maps yet; if you're coming from the SE, look for a path off to your right just after you cross the paved path. I've also XC-skied parts in the winter (golf course can also be skied). Lots of deer at dusk, occasional fox, owls. Lots of side paths for change of scene--any of the black dashed paths, not just the red path (which is someone's GPS, I guess).

This is a good hike for anyone who is a beginner and more advanced. We saw lots of wildlife, bikers and dogs. I took my older and very over weight hiking buddy Max and he did just fine.

Didn't do the whole thing, but really enjoyed what I did do. At 7:15 there weren't too many people on the trail either.

Nice trail. I found it very easy. It has a steam where the dog can go in to cool off. Noticed a lot of dirt paths off the trail also.

It's a very easy trail. I liked it because it's close to home and I could go there any time to do easy mountain biking. As other people mentioned it is easy level. Not moderate. But the trails are well marked. There's a paved trail that is an option, and the trail is good to bring people who are new to mountain biking.

Beginner to intermediate difficulty, good exercise trail with constant rolling hills, but no long climbs. Start from northern most parking lot( closest to rate 29)mix of single track loops and out & back trails

So disappointed. Dirt trail just switchback around paved trail and golf course. Never get away from civilization at all. I don't know who rated it moderate because it is very easy.
