Great rocks for climbing.

For the most part a nice walk along the waterfront, but gets a little repetitive. Was nice to be able to take the free water taxi back to my car at Canton park.

We love this place, it has a dog park that we usually start out at to let the dog run free, then we travel around the duck pond which always has tons of ducks and oriels if you catch them on migration (the places fills up with them in the spring) and then we head to the playground which is really good, then we trek on over to the pagoda and back down to the car. On certian days the pagoda is open to go into, dogs can not go into the pagoda and I have never been in it as it always seems to be closed or I have the dog with me. This place can get crazy busy with dogs and kids on weekends and in the summer, but still a wonderful place. By far one of our favorite places in Baltimore near us to go.

Great hike with fun stops along the way.

Nice area around the lake and for most of the trail. Paved the entire way. Little bit sketchier as you get past the post office section.

Great promenade connecting the neighborhoods of the harbor.

Nice place to take a walk during the daylight hours

Im not sure why this is rated “moderate”. It’s as easy as walking on a sidewalk.

Very mellow, easy hike in the city. No running here, this was all hike at a typical pace. Excellent city trail!

Starred at tide point, UA hq and walked to Canton Park. Great views and nice breeze on 97• day. 4.5 miles with a nice cold beverage at the Boathouse.

If your too tired to walk back or just want a different perspective. Take the water taxi $8 or water circulator $0 back to your starting point

One of baltimore's best urban parks. Check out the pagoda and the duck pond.

I like hiking this trail throughout the year, it has a nice canopy to keep you from getting too much sun.

Beautiful views of the water all along this walk. At one point you can see views of a lighthouse, the Inner Harbor and ships. Keep in mind it is in the city though and to watch your surroundings at all times. I recommend this with your dog. Lots of sights to see. One of my favorite walks in the city. Water Taxi connects to the Promenade as does the new Baltimore Bicycles (by the way are partially electric powered) If you get tired just rent a bike for $2. Handicap or older people make sure to get the bike with the electric bolt for the partial power. Had a heart surgery a little over a year ago and I was able to ride this bike with ease.

Nice urban park with amenities like an Ice skating rink (seasonal), an Asian Pagoda, dog park, etc. Nice for a walk and to take Fido out for some exercise. This area used to be a high crime area but gentrification has made it a safer area; I still would not recommend traveling alone after dark.

Beautiful park. Wouldn't really call it a hike, though there are a few hills (and stairs) if you want to get your heart rate up. Lovely Audubon/native flora garden. Ice cream truck will swing by, if you forgot to pack snacks.

Great walk ,skate or easy biking trails . View around Montabello Lake is fantastic since they put up nice wrought iron fencing.Going through the park trail is very nice and relaxing. Nice views of the stream and you may be able to see the ducks or egret that live there. They post all dogs must be on leash but mine always runs and never have had any issue with other dogs. I do take precautions around other peoples pets because I don't know how their animals will react.
Large fields to throw balls or let dogs run. Great for kids. Easy walking and you can deviate through the woods if you can find the ''hidden'' trails. Playground area also and occasionally you can catch a soccer game going on. Fishing is allowed but don't expect a big catch, mostly just fun for kids to do! The hidden gem in Baltimore city!!
