Such a bueatiful trail. easy. Some harder trails branching off, like bubbles and Jordan cliffs, but it if you want a bueatiful flat walk in Acadia, this is your trail.

Pretty easy hike with decent views on clear days. Parking is usually no issue at the trailhead shown here.

Not really much to see on this trail in terms of scenic views. Mostly tree-covered. I also got mildly lost, but had a map to get un-lost. Not crowded though.

Great off leash place for your dog! Beautiful views, and great trails!

The trail has a spectacular view of the Bubble Mountains and Jordan lake, especially in Autumn. It is an easy nature trail with several viewing spots.

We hiked this trail after visiting the Thuya Gardens. Glad we saw someone else, we were slightly lost. This area seemed to have a unique terrain for Mt. Desert, more fir trees, soft needle trail - but not much for views.

Nice hike. We parked at the Wildwood Stables and took the trail south. Great views at the top. Agree with others that you can lose the trail crossing the carriage road. We continued on to the Lower Day Mtn, Hunter Cliff Tr, the Beach Tr and finally back via Hunters Brook Trail.

Great woodsy walk. The lonelyess trail in Acadia, we didn't see another soul the entire route.

We hike this every year. It's extremely beautiful. Lots of places to get wet and splash around in the stream. We bring all our visitors here.

Awsome place to take the dogs swimming, people and dogs always friendly! Just wish there was more trash cans around

I only hiked the first portion of this trail to the top of Triad Mtn, extending my Day Mtn hike.

I found this trail to be horribly marked in the first 0.25 miles of the hike. I am not sure if it was because it was covered covered with a lot of leaves, but the blue markers were extremely hard to distinguish. As you got further up the cairns were helpful, but that first part was really annoying and definitely took longer as I had to stop and try to find the trail every point to point!

Relatively easy hike that affords lovely views, up to and over the summit of Day Mountain.

Per earlier comments the trail was not well marketed as you crossed over the carriage road. The hike continued up about ~20 feet on the left as you crossed the carriage road that heads towards the Day Mtn summit.

Nice kid friendly hike, trail is not well marked where it crosses over the carriage road (we somehow missed one of the cross-over so ended up walking some of the carriage road) but isn't super strenuous to the peak, and a nice wooded trail down the decent on the other side. Walked back to the parking area by way of the carriage trail.

The Jordon Stream Trail follows the stream from Jordon Pond to Seal Harbor. The trail was originally used as a canoe carry path and passes under the Cobblestone Bridge. The path uses a series of log bridges that help make this trail much easier to walk along the stream.

Access to the trail is at Get there early. This is a popular place for hiking and biking, so the parking lot fills up quickly. There are bathrooms at the Jordon Pond Parking area.

Good hike starting at Wildwood stables - tough to find parking otherwise. Started up Triad a little steep and slippery with some leaves. Up to easy cliff is interesting terrain and some steep stuff. The south ridge of Pemetic has great views of ocean islands, Jordan pond, Penobscot and Sargent mt. Back down the south ridge trail all the way to hunter brook trail and dropping off at the carriage road then back to Wildwood.

Beautiful views. Leaves not past their peak yet.

Nice moderate 0.8 miles hike from parking area on Rt 3 to the peak. Trail has portions that could be wet in spring but are covered with board walk. The most scenic overlook is before you get to summit. Trail crosses the carriage road several times. I recommend hiking stick or poles for the descent.

Nice quiet hike along stream. Can be wet at times but overall it is nice to be away from the crowds.

Nice quiet hike which you will complete and probably never see anyone else. I would describe the hike around the top like an upside down bowl. It is a nice foggy day hike because the views are not much from the summit because of trees blocking you
