Good Family trail. Took my 11yr old that has a weak lower trunk and Autism and my 4yr old. Neither had any issues walking this trail. The scenery is amazing. God's creation is just breath taking.

Fantastic hike! I think the mileage may be off by a mile. The rock formations are amazing and the falls are pretty with a nice sandy beach to sit and admire them. My dogs had a great time playing in the water. We didn't see anyone there - except for a bear! The trailhead was slightly confusing because it forked at the beginning with no signage. It looks like there may have been a sign there once. Anyway, go right.

Nice, easy hike. Princess Falls wasn't rolling very big today but still beautiful. I would love to go back in the fall.

It’s about a mile trek to the trail head. The start and end is a 1/4 mile of stairs. The first mile afterwards is a bit overgrown. There’s a nice rock cavern to take a quick break in a mile and a half in. 4 miles in, theres a really nice creek crossing if your hiking with dogs. You’ll actually cross the creek several. Times. Nice hike. The last stairs up are a killer and we ended up with picking off ticks from ourselves and the dogs, but a really nice hike. From the parking lot, the trek ended up being just over 7 miles

Beautiful Waterfall!

first few miles was good but it got hard with big rocks steep hills and some places I had to almost just carry my bike several down trees and creek crossings , some great rock formations along the way trail marked pretty good but one place after you get to a gravel area I lost it but if you stay to the right going from the church direction you be good got to the end and rode the road back to the church took 2 hours 45 min on trail and 57 min back on road.

Very hard trail for a bike a lot of hike-a-bike trail was marked Well but one place you come to a gravel place the trail is up the hill to the left and stay down the hill

Water falls and water crossings everywhere you look!

Easy trail with a few steps. Beautiful overlook and then an easy walk to under the arch. Good for a quick adventure

Nice hike. Water was raging so we didn't get to Lick creek falls. The recent rainfall had the water running over the rock houses which was extremely photo worthy!

With all the rain we've been getting, this Falls is beautiful right now. Lots of small cascades and waterfalls along the way too. But wear waterproof boots....its very soupy. Most of the trail has water on it.

Quick and easy out and back trail. Great place for first time hikers that are wanting to get started. I would suggest this hike during October as the leaves are changing.

Fairly easy trail. Arch is worth seeing, other cool geological formations. Best view of arch is during late fall-early spring.

Trail is an easy out and back, ends at some bluffs that have a nice view of the sprawling Daniel Boone forest. A little overgrown this summer.

beautiful trail l really enjoyed the day.

took my 4 year old. was a great trail. lots of bugs, fall was dried up. rock formations was great. We enjoyed the hike.

Awesome trail. If you are building your stamina or want a casual hike, this is a great option. There is a fork that shortens backtracking from Lick Creek Falls that a lot of hikers will appreciate. Make the extra trip and see Princess Falls;there is a fire pit and room to camp if you so desire.

Nice trail. Short handicap accessible paved walkway to the main overview of the arch. Takes no more than 10 minutes to arrive at that point.

We hiked this with my 4 and 6 year olds. My 4 year old walked 2.7, all the way in. My 6 year old did the whole thing 5.3. The first mile is uneventful and lots of deer flies. Don't forget bug spray. Definitely uphill on the way back, good calorie burn. Beautiful rock formation, worth the hike!

The majority of the trail is wide and flat. No matter which side of loop you start the end is a hard up hill climb. The trail runs along a creek with several easy crossings. Youngest in our group is 4 yo and he managed well.

The US Forest Service calls this the Buffalo Canyon Trail (#508). It is a fantastic trail but a bit harder for an old, out of shape guy like me!

Some friends and I hiked this trail last week with several children in our group and had a lot of fun. We did the shorter loop due to the kids. I would consider this an easy hike, even though there are stairs.
