Lovely trail with a little bit of everything - beautiful subtropical, mountainside foliage, cardio elevation, rock walls, a cave, an arch, a river, a creek, and a the crown jewel, a waterfall. If you are a photog and want to get pics, don’t come on a weekend. My first visit was on a warm, Sunday, Spring afternoon and it was like Disneyland. If you prefer solitude or want to get pictures, then weekdays, early are good for you. Falls look great after some rain, and the splash pool is a great place to cool off. Nice picnic area and family friendly. My only complaint is the limited parking.

Nice hike with waterfall and creek that the dogs loved.

Very nice trail with different terrain types, creeks, great views. Swift Camp Creek in the Eastern section is a fav. Recommended for a nice day hike!

The hike down is fun and the arch is more of a cave than anything. The hike back was pretty exhausting, be ready to sweat a bit on this one.

Extremely easy short trail, great for when you’re short on time. You get to pass through the arches at the end. Highly recommend doing it at least once.

Really cool rock formations

Beautiful trail

Nice quick hike. Easy to find. I really don’t get the asphalt paving. Just let people walk on earth.

Easy hike. Make sure to dip your toes in the falls.

I was not able to find the hidden trail :(

Beautiful little hike (especially the arch!). Took our dog and he handled it just fine as well.

Great little hike. Family friendly.
Also great views.

Indian staircase provided me with my favorite trail in the gorge so far. This hike was fairly easy-going, yet beautiful. Climbing the "staircase" was challenging and rewarded us with stellar views once we made it to the top of the rock formation. Next we're making it a point to venture to the cloudsplitter.

Sky Bridge is a great family hike. There are a couple of drop offs, so be mindful.

Great evening loop very easy to jog or hike

Love the trail. Something about this trail makes it so peaceful.

I loved it! Went with family on this one. This was my third hike with my son. We were exhausted at the end but it was beautiful. A LOT of inclines and declines throughout. It’s tough but beautiful!

Possibly my favorite hike we did here. If you go past the arch on the left there is a place where the rock drops off and the view is spectacular! We were amazed! Watch your dogs and kids. Highly recommend this trail!!

Absolutely breathtaking hike. The views are amazing and walking onto the sky bridge is an amazing experience. The day we went had 25-30mph gusts of wind so it was unnerving for sure. If you are afraid of heights it’s a great hike to conquer that! Highly recommend!

Very pretty rock formations. Trails were nice but went after it rained. Pretty muddy

This is a beautiful hike! We were here with 3 adults and 3 kids, ages 11 and 5. Not very long. Some uphill sections that weren't too bad. Very muddy due to lots of recent rain. Be prepared if you plan to hike after wet weather. We were very pleasantly surprised by the hidden arch and gorgeous waterfall at the end!! This is a new favorite in the Gorge!!

Beautiful!! We were there after two straight days of spring rain and it was really muddy. Wear water resistant shoes if you know it’ll be muddy. I would classify this as a moderate trail for older people who aren’t in shape.

Trail is definitely rough, but views are worth the steep inclines and declines. Trails are very well marked which is a great plus. Almost impossible to get lost out there, especially if you have a paper map of the whole park with trails marked.

A simple fun hike that takes into the gorge along the creek. Parts of the trail are paved which makes the trail even easier than it already is.

One of my favorite trails in red river. Has all you want, climbing, waterfalls, and you see some arches

Great trail definitely lives up to it’s name but definitely worth all that work you’ll put in to see it

This easy hike takes you to Creation Falls and Rock Bridge Arch. This was my son’s first experience of Red River Gorge. At 4 years old he said “ Daddy, this is much better than Bernstein Forest”. I will say parking at this trail head is a nightmare.

Loved. Pretty short. Mile total maybe. Easy hike. Views are beautiful. No one else way out there. Can sit and take it for awhile. This would be very easy to get people out to see the views if they aren’t able to hike inclined trails.
