Loved it! Went for a field trip in school!

Great warm up trail with some beautiful picture locations!

Great little hike with our puppy. He loved splashing around in the shallow pool at the base of the falls.

Started the trip by parking at the Rock Bridge picnic area with a 3 day pass. Got a late start and ended up camping on the creek about a half mile south of the wildcat the first night. The trail is rough a majority of the time with white diamonds blazing the entirety of the trail. It’s very humid on this trail due to the rainforest like vegetation. There are a lot of wet crossings and rocky obstructions which makes it fun to navigate. If you are filtering water be sure to fill up when you can because access to the creek at times is sparse. . Have fun!!

If you go past the windows to the stacked rocks, (More impressive than the picture) don’t go further unless you have a backcountry camping permit. But, it’s worth going to this point.

Love the staircase.

This was a really great hike! My family loved it, and my 82 year old grandma was even able to make the trek because of how well maintained it is! In parts when the downhill or uphill is steep, stairs are carved out of rocks to make it more accessible to everyone. Definitely recommend!

This trail is awesome! It’s intimidating at first but I essentially walked straight up with no problem. Gorgeous view and worth it!

Trail was easy to follow and very scenic. GO EARLY to beat the crowd. The rock bridge and creation falls are beautiful!

fun trail. watch the kids on the top because their aren't ant hand rails. good condition too.

short and easy, good for kids too.

A MUST see trail when hiking the gorge! We took our dog with us on this easy trail. The trail takes you to this beautiful waterfall and swimming hole and our dog loved every second of it! This is the perfect place to take your kids, just make sure to pack a lunch and some swimsuits because you will want to stay and relax for a while!

Nice trail! Not too difficult even with toddlers. Great scenery. Mid on trail is possibility so wear good shoes.

One of my favorite short hikes. Great views and a nice hike to test a new backpack before going out for several days. varied terrain will show you any issues it might cause.

One of the best hikes in RRG.

Great loop with a beautiful natural bridge. Path is paved and loops. More like a roadside attraction than a trail but still a very pleasant walk to take after a long day of hiking.

I highly recommend this trail. It's a nice trail for an afternoon hike after a long day at work! The falls are gorgeous!

Lovely trail with a little bit of everything - beautiful subtropical, mountainside foliage, cardio elevation, rock walls, a cave, an arch, a river, a creek, and a the crown jewel, a waterfall. If you are a photog and want to get pics, don’t come on a weekend. My first visit was on a warm, Sunday, Spring afternoon and it was like Disneyland. If you prefer solitude or want to get pictures, then weekdays, early are good for you. Falls look great after some rain, and the splash pool is a great place to cool off. Nice picnic area and family friendly. My only complaint is the limited parking.

Nice hike with waterfall and creek that the dogs loved.

Very nice trail with different terrain types, creeks, great views. Swift Camp Creek in the Eastern section is a fav. Recommended for a nice day hike!

The hike down is fun and the arch is more of a cave than anything. The hike back was pretty exhausting, be ready to sweat a bit on this one.

Extremely easy short trail, great for when you’re short on time. You get to pass through the arches at the end. Highly recommend doing it at least once.

Really cool rock formations

Beautiful trail

Nice quick hike. Easy to find. I really don’t get the asphalt paving. Just let people walk on earth.

Easy hike. Make sure to dip your toes in the falls.

I was not able to find the hidden trail :(

Great little hike. Family friendly.
Also great views.

Indian staircase provided me with my favorite trail in the gorge so far. This hike was fairly easy-going, yet beautiful. Climbing the "staircase" was challenging and rewarded us with stellar views once we made it to the top of the rock formation. Next we're making it a point to venture to the cloudsplitter.
