It then climbs north past Cane Creek to reach Van Hook Falls, which plummets into a sandstone cathedral. Along the way are rock formations, waterfalls, and sandstone bluffs, a truly beautiful parcel of the Bluegrass State. Outstanding Features: Van Hook Falls, rock slabs of Cane Creek, and other unnamed waterfalls. Park near the trailhead at the junction of KY-192 and KY-1193. The parking area is small, but not usually filled to capacity. Cross the road and hike north on Sheltowee Trace #100.
