I first when to the RBS in fall of 1967 and cabin was still there only it was never a cabin to live in but a sporting cub house and there was also an old freight car mounted on rails for some reason. All that was destroyed by flooding. The nice wooden bridge, of which there were three have all been done away with and now the creek is crossed in only one place and by a dyke or culvert - it's pretty all full looking now. More persons have found it and that is bad for the birds but I've seen Rosy Breasted Grosbeaks and many other birds during the spring. Lovely for cross country skiing, not colorful in Autumn but a very nice walk anyway. When you see the first mosquito of the year it is too late to go to this park until frost.
