Nice, fairly flat trail. Saw a doe and two fawns along the way.

Easy hike, quick. Simple if you know the area, but trails aren't marked and you can quickly hit a dead end. Very littered.

Enjoyed a great, short run down beautiful forested trails. Lots of options though minimal trail maintenance creates a few adventures in trail negotiation. Saw lots of deer.

Hiked this during late afternoon in late July. The trail wasn't marked very well and, if you do not have an actual map, it can be confusing. It isn't maintained all that well and there was quite a bit of litter (which actually helped when making decisions on turns). The view of the interstate, water plant facility, and the actual grave was ok. Also, there were a lot of bugs and I landed some ticks that I found post hike. As far as wildlife, we saw a couple of deer and some teenagers smooching. I liked the grassy area located at the beginning of the hike the best. In all, it was worth it just to kill a few minutes, get some exercise, and mark the trial off the list.

Steep but a good quick hike

It was a moderate trail with logs that you have to walk over but pretty

I have hiked this trail system many times. Lots of variations and usually encounter 1-2 others while hiking. Many deer sightings and other wildlife.
Used these trails to train for the Appalachian trail in 2016 and it served me well.

Had knee replacement surgery a while back and finally able to get the kinks out. Challenging for me with the knee, but made it. Lots of trails to enjoy, and had two chipmunks playing in front of one of the benches I took a break on. They have a bird house with a red-tailed hawk and owl for getting up close. A couple of turkeys darted out, but was a nice hike. Definitely going to make it a habit. Trails are always open, but the center closes

My dogs love to go for a walk to the lake and around it.Lots of great views and have seen some deer and turkeys along the way.Not too over crowded as we are usually alone or just see a couple people along the way.Its close to home so doesn't cost much for gas.

Really fun trails. The only downsides are some washed out spots and ruts every once in a while. Otherwise, plenty of climbing.

I have hiked and cross country skied most of the trails in the park. You can see a lot of wildlife , deer, fox turkeys and turkey buzzards. There are great views from the top of the hills. And you can hike down to Turtle lake. It's just a great park to take kids hiking.

Did this trail the first time in forth grade when we were studying Lewis and Clark . It's a short trail up a hill to the grave over looking the Missouri River . A little history and a nice hike.

AMBITIOUS MOUNTAIN BIKERS -- This trail is for YOU!

This trails system was very intense for me on a bicycle. There was very little flat trail; you were either going uphill or downhill nearly the entire time, neither of which were easy. A couple of the trails had wash out and long ruts which made it very difficult at times. The elevation changes were very steep in some areas as well (I will be the first to admit I had to walk my bike up some of these hills). I will not be doing this again on bike, but I think it would make a nice hike. There is a lot of tree cover and I saw a couple of deer in the park.

This is a lovely, flat, paved track that runs north out of Chautauqua Park for about two miles before coming to a dead end. It follows the river and has nice tree cover the majority of the way. I enjoyed biking this trail; it is short and sweet.

This is a paved multi-use trail along the riverfront, from Hamilton Blvd. to Riverside Park. I saw several dogs on leashes as well as bikers and runners. I like that it connects to other biking trails for a longer trek. It is well-maintained and used.

This was a nice 4-mile bike ride. I started at Leeds and followed the Floyd River Channel south. It's good for biking, walking, or jogging. There are a couple of intersections with streets that you have to be careful with, but it's a fine trail.

This is an intriguing little trail. As another reviewer said, there are decent views from the top and it is a nice, short hike. I enjoy historical things like this. If you've got an extra half hour, it's worth a peak.

Flat, paved, multi-purpose trail that runs along the MO river from Sioux City to the SD border. Connects with other trails. Trail marked every 1/4th mile. Great for walking, running, biking, blading etc.
