A nice hiking trail! You follow a little creek. We only went a mile up but the trail kept going, we just turned around.

Starts out not too steep but gets much steeper as it goes. Great views from the top. Mostly in the sun but there are some shaded sections. Overall I would recommend. Trail was easy to find.

HIt the trail about 8 am, a little overcast on a Tuesday. Not crowded when I left, but full parking lot when I returned. Went to bridge 11, then took Cross Cut and Burrito trails down. Super fun downhill, pretty uphill.

Love this trail hiked it a few times now. First time with my 4yo walking it. We went nice and slow great beginner trail and love how many options there are. This particular “loop” is starting at Grant St. Parking lot and going to bridge #10 (don’t need to cross it) then follow bench trail down (or vice versa). There’s an outhouse, when we went there wasn’t TP.

Almost a constant uphill gaining well over a quarter of a mile in altitude in a little over 2 miles. Most of the trail is pretty easy but there are some rocky areas that are a little difficult when going back down and there is little shade. You do get to cross the creek once (at the beginning) but after that it is pretty dry. Decent view at the top but this peak isn't quite high enough to see over some neighboring peaks. Note: the Gibson Jack parking area has been moved/upgraded. I had to hand draw the new trail because I forgot to end my mapping software when I finished the trail.

Awesome hike! Not to long but still fun. Beautiful view. My 2 year old could handle it but it’s still fun enough for adults. Would have given 4 stars but my daughter said 3

Nice and clean trail, taken care of. Not too overly trafficked. The only downside is that they don’t have the best markings so it would help to take a picture of the map before you start

Aggressive climb to the top. Would rate it as moderate-hard. There are some snow patches over the trail but you can hike over them without a problem in hiking boots. Near the top, there is a slippery snow cap, but it is possible to keep going. The climb is worth it. The way down is steep. Completed in under 4 hours and logged 7.6 miles.

About .9 miles up, there is barbed wire fence that blocks the trail. The trail also comes out at a community before the map is done.

The trail is not marked and you have to continually check the map to see if you are going the right way. It was not a hike for beginners. We enjoyed the hike and had a great time.

This trail was very well kept and easy to navigate! Very busy on a nice Saturday afternoon in May, but no issues.

Great for walking with the family.

this is fun trail for anyone. great for beginners

Phone read 7.16m in 2:34:51 with 2144ft of gain. I jumped off the rode and went straight up the final ridge. No real trail but very doable. Day I went it was very muddy on the road up until the snow began.

Must see in Fall. Deciduous trees in the valleys give breathtaking views
