We were staying just a few miles down the road and decided to come check it out. The trail was closed. The only area you could view the cabin from was the bridge.

It’s a very fun trail, got below the bridge just as a few base jumpers were coming down!

This is an incredibly boring trail with an extremely disappointing finish to top it off. The trail is right next to Goose Creek but you will only get climpses of it because it is mostly hidden. Once you get to the falls you will ask yourself 'if this it'? There's no clear view of them and even if there was it would still not amount to much. Can't figure out why this trail is so highly rated. If you're looking for a truly rewarding hike of 6 miles or less, check out Upper Hazard Lake.

Awesome trail! Couple of small falls along the way. Few spots of shade as well. Foliage was dense along the path but not overgrown. Also had small kids with us and it wasn’t too much for them to handle. Great views all the way!

Super for kids. Beautiful scenery and loads of places to sit on the beach.

Did not fall in love with the views. It was hot and somehow crowded.

Love this one for the kids and my mom! Easy 1 mile hike with a cool rock, but wasn’t expecting the awesome city views! That was a bonus. Foliage was pretty, too.

Really pretty hike! So much fun. Steep in the beginning but gets earlier. The road there isn't the best. I'd advise an SUV or truck.

Always a great hike. Plenty of squirrels, birds and almost always a deer or two.

Nice trail. Definitely recommend close toed shoes for the rougher parts of the trail. Very busy.

Great trail. Lots and lots of mountain bikers after work got out. 5pm ish and on. Decent bit a little dangerous with my dog and bikers dashing by. The are typically nice. Just lots of blond corners and dangerous going up hills with them flying down. Vigilance is necessary here big time.

Short enough I never had to give my little kids a pep talk to keep them walking. They loved climbing on the rocks around the falls. It was shady for most of the walk, overall a fun little hike for the littles.

Very pretty hike! Rocks stick up out of the dirt path in places the further you go so walk carefully at times. The first mile was our favorite part of the hike. Great informative signs in great condition. A well kept trail. No bugs at all for us. It was great to enjoy a hike and teach my kids something new as well.

Very well maintained trail, lots of fallen trees, streams, nice and cool in trees. So many trails we were glad to follow trail in GPS to stay on correct trail. Crossing Idler creek road was up and to left not directly across.

Great Trail. Breathtaking views. A MUST SEE! The trail is washed out at the end (if going clockwise) took us awhile to figure out how to get back up the the car but if you just follow the dirt road right there at the end of the trail it will bring you around to a road leading you straight to the parking lot. I can’t wait to go visit Sandpoint again so I can do this hike again. One of my favorites ever done in Idaho!!
