Very easy hike for kids. Lots of historical information and a great shot of the falls. There is an area for kids to play as well.

This is not much of a hike, per se, but it is a nice spot to picnic or play in the lovely park next to the falls. I always make this a stop, while riding bikes on the nearby trails.

Such a pleasant experience

Great over look trail

Weather was cold, but the sun finally came out.

Great family mini hike. Pack a picnic!

Good long walk!

Beautiful views, easy

Love it here! Has great little lookout spots and the short trail winds up to the dam. There’s a pond below where a few families were fishing on the bridge. My littles were entertained for hours at the small playground and by the pond. We even had a picnic there for dinner.
Peaceful and lovely scenery.

very kid friendly nature walk

Paved trail, but unbelievably gorgeous views, especially at sunrise and sunset. Flat and straightforward, but such a unique experience running alongside a canyon ridge so high up. Highly recommended if you are in the area and want an easy run/bike/walk with awesome views.

Asphalt trail that wraps around and through houses in some places. It’s a great trail, but is more for biking or for locals to enjoy an evening stroll.

Super pretty, kid, stroller and dog friendly. Lots of wildflowers and great views of Henry’s Fork. Great for trail running or a family walk/bike ride with kids.

We walked about 2-3 miles to Shoshone Falls. Wide paved trail. There are a few small hills to tackle. We took some great pictures of the falls.

Great little busy spot, excellent for kids. Little park is great, plenty to see and do. A perfect young family spot.

Not really a trail, but the concrete path does lead to the falls which are fun to check out at different times of the year.

Great area, but not very long. Perfect for kids or just a place to check out.

Nice concrete trail with a beautiful view of the Snake River. I ran this trail several times when I stayed in Twin Falls in late May 2017. There were waterfalls, marmots, ground squirrels, and a variety of riparian birds along the trail as well. There is plenty of parking at the visitor's center. People were parasailing off of Perrine Bridge; it was neat to watch.
